  • New Queen Street is one of my favorite maps. The symmetry, the flanks, and the stalls are so nice. It's especially nice to have a Tracer on the same wavelength.
Learn from a Sombra that's only 5 steps ahead of you, not 500.
I'm a casual Sombra player. Watch if you want to learn Sombra gamesense and you're not grinding to Top 500. Sometimes we learn more from someone just ahead of us instead of way ahead of us. Copy what I do well, avoid what I do poorly. Enjoy.

As a Cass main wanting to learn some Sombra your videos have been really helpful. Love how chill you are and that you don’t flame your team or the enemy team, it’s nice to see someone just enjoying the game as it’s intended to be enjoyed. Keep it up 💪

Thanks so much! Glad you're liking the videos! Sombra sounds like a nice complement to your Cass on DPS. Cass can deal with frontline pressure/fliers/shield break, then switching to Sombra can be good for diving/flanking poke comps.
Yup, no need to flame anybody--we're all just enjoying a common game together. It's all just for fun! I figure that if I met any Overwatch players in real life, I'd be more excited we share an interest in Overwatch than be mad they weren't playing like I want them to. It's all good!

Haha, understandable. I'll try to include some tips in the videos for countering Sombra too. A good Tracer can really thwart Sombra and some strategic support play can also give Sombra a hard time. Appreciate you being here!

Outstanding! Glad to hear it! I'll bet that Sombra experience will also help you to counter her when you play tank. Appreciate you being here. I've got more on the way!

As a support main who has started playing a lot of Sombra I'd like to personally thank you for saying 'if your supports are getting dove go back there and help them out". A lot of times when I'm in a Sombra mirror match I'll mostly stay with my team's backline and punish attempted hacks.
I do have one question though, on a different topic. Often times I find myself up against a dps with a mercy pocket and it is frustrating because I can't seem to kill the mercy or their buddy without getting killed or chased off with 1hp. Do you have any tips for that? I'd love to see you cover it in a video :D

Haha! You're very welcome--and thank you for supporting!
You're right a DPS with a Mercy pocket can be rough for Sombra--especially a Pharah with a Mercy pocket. I'll often see how "delicate" the partnership is by putting pressure on either the Mercy (especially if she's standing still, as she often is when pocketing) or juuuust as teamfight starts, on the DPS (like a Widow/Hanzo that's scoping in). If I'm able to get a pick on one of them that way, it tells me I can pressure the duo and I'll continue. If I really, really can't pressure either the DPS or the Mercy because they are SO locked into supporting each other, then it tells me that other members of the team are being neglected, so they're vulnerable (e.g., their other support or DPS) and I'll pressure them instead. If the entire team is just one big, unbreakable coordinated wall (rare in Quick Play, but it happens)...then I'll prioritize farming for EMP so I can combo with whichever friendly ultimate makes the best combo.
