Largo Success Story: New Fire Station 39

Another outstanding partnership that’s bringing you better public health and safety is Largo’s strategic collaboration with Pinellas County to pave the way for a brand-new Fire Station in Southwest Largo. The current Station 39 was opened in 1979 and with continued growth comes the need for facilities that can house more firefighters and vehicles.
Construction is underway and the new Fire Station 39 plans to have trucks in the bay and be responding to calls in spring 2025.
