You want a better method for Ken Haki v2?
Use FPS Unlocker and set your FPS to 2. You will basically be playing with TIME STOP.

also for ken haki v1 if the sharks dont attack since the new updates he has new moves and he sort of just sits there and never sends sharks you can always go to the town of beginnings and perfect block bandits it pretty easy after you do it for 10 minutes or so
