Not only is tori the worst mythical the design behind tori is complete garbage. Lets start off with the obvious, the mode bar. Every time you die it resets and it starts off empty. This is probably the easiest thing to fix when it comes to tori. Either remove it or make it so that the progression of the mode bar saves. In addition have it so that you start off with fully mode because I shouldn't have to go fight some wolves on rose island before I can fight anything. The next issue with tori is the fact that if you don't have your phoenix form the fruit has less moves than a common fruit. Let that sink in. Every mythical fruit has a good array of moves while tori barely has any. add more moves to the base if your going to make the mode bar so trash. Third please for the love of god fix phoenix brand the move never lands it's completely worthless which goes to show how bad phoenix is because when your in phoenix form you only use 2 moves at most, phoenix burst and heal (nobody uses the block phoenix has and to be honest I forget it's even a move). The tori rework changed almost nothing about tori because at the end of the day the only move people use is phoenix burst since day 1. Lastly fix the "logia" bar on phoenix because it doesn't next to nothing. The healing you get from it is negligible. If Phoeyu can fix these 4 problems Tori will actually be deserving of being called a mythical fruit because right now it's terrible for the rarity it's at.
i think the zoan bar and mode bar is fine, and phoenix brand is landable and a very nice tool to catch runners. however, i agree that the mode bar is a hassle and base form NEEDS more moves. you should be able to use half form without mode, and base form having no moves is horrible. it should work like the other fruits with mode where it's the last move and when you enter mode the whole moveset changes, the fact that base form has 2 moves that tell you "you cant use this" is kinda dumb

Not only is tori the worst mythical the design behind tori is complete garbage. Lets start off with the obvious, the mode bar. Every time you die it resets and it starts off empty. This is probably the easiest thing to fix when it comes to tori. Either remove it or make it so that the progression of the mode bar saves. In addition have it so that you start off with fully mode because I shouldn't have to go fight some wolves on rose island before I can fight anything.
The next issue with tori is the fact that if you don't have your phoenix form the fruit has less moves than a common fruit. Let that sink in. Every mythical fruit has a good array of moves while tori barely has any. add more moves to the base if your going to make the mode bar so trash.
Third please for the love of god fix phoenix brand the move never lands it's completely worthless which goes to show how bad phoenix is because when your in phoenix form you only use 2 moves at most, phoenix burst and heal (nobody uses the block phoenix has and to be honest I forget it's even a move). The tori rework changed almost nothing about tori because at the end of the day the only move people use is phoenix burst since day 1.
Lastly fix the "logia" bar on phoenix because it doesn't next to nothing. The healing you get from it is negligible. If Phoeyu can fix these 4 problems Tori will actually be deserving of being called a mythical fruit because right now it's terrible for the rarity it's at.
i think the zoan bar and mode bar is fine, and phoenix brand is landable and a very nice tool to catch runners. however, i agree that the mode bar is a hassle and base form NEEDS more moves. you should be able to use half form without mode, and base form having no moves is horrible. it should work like the other fruits with mode where it's the last move and when you enter mode the whole moveset changes, the fact that base form has 2 moves that tell you "you cant use this" is kinda dumb
