this song is actually rumored to be part of the fictional universe that plays throughout a lot of their music videos and other content! it’s called bangtan universe I highly recommend checking it out on ur own time :) 💜
It is the part of the Bangtan Universe , they continued the storyline now due that this song is the OST for the Japanese movie Signal which is about Time travel as well . Not only MV but the lyrics are tied up to the fictional universe.
@@TheJourneyTo-Me Actually, not BU certified, so rumoured is correct. Also the movie that it is OST for is a similar concept to the BU, so I can see why people think that.
Funny thing, before they were asked to sing an OST for the movie 'Signal' they sang the OST for the tv-drama which is also called Signal. The OST for tv-show is called 'Don't Leave Me'. Both the Japanese movie and tv-show are based on the Original drama Signal which was made in South-Korea
And yeah I think you didn't know Bts has a story line called "Bangtan universe" that started since 2015 and still ongoing through their music video, webtoon, teasers and some lyrics and some assumptions that this mv is a part of storyline, so basically you can interpret this on your on way but you can easily connect this w/ storyline if you start in the beginning
They are huge JCole fans. When you do finally get into the Bangtan Universe which starts with I Need U in 2015, it is a series of videos that string together in a large overlying arc, pay close attention to the hourglasses. Time has either stopped, running backwards or going forwards.😘💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Random association(since you talked about J Cole): BTS are fans and back in 2013 released a song called Born Singer that sampled the music from Born Sinner - lyrically a different story but both artists used it to tell stories personal to them and it is pretty great
Thank you for saying it, I'm almost frustrated to say it I don't like people who claim something without knowing it's actually like disrespecting Jungkook, I want to be straightforward, I don't care if someone disagrees with me it's actually like that

Towards the end, its Jin harmonizing with JK who's doing the background vocals, and switches over to V harmonizing with Jimin as the background vocals. These are usually the pairs. Sometimes it will be switched were they will have the two highest ranges being Jimin and Jin being the pair and JK and V being a pair. It depends on the mood of the song and what is needed. Each of them will sing the same thing through, and who's voice vibes better with certain lyrics will be given that part. Overall, they are placed where their voices are needed. They are all so unique, so such unique voices give different impacts even for the same lyric.
"how bts captures the idea of pain" GOSH. Yeah. Ugh. This song hits so deeply for me bc I feel like its such an underrepresented aspect of grief - the way that, even as much as it hurts, experiencing that pain has a sort of beauty to it because it is an aspect of love for the one lost
If JCole is one of your favourite then you definitely must watch BTS 's cover of JCole Born Sinner - Born Singer. I hope you'll like it. I love your reactions to them . I admire your willingness to discover who they are and the message behind the music. Thank you 🙏🤗

Film Out is a Japanese song and was produced by back number (japanese rock trio/band) and UTA (BTS has been working with them for a long time). Apparently the composition/melody is by Iyori Shimizu from back number and Jungkook from BTS. The MV really seems to allude to Bangtan Universe, but, outside of that, it seems to be about "time", "memories", "trying to cling to a certain place and time" and "the inevitability of change/disaster". That's what I would interpret, at least.

Love your input about J. A lot of army’s are suspecting that the concept is about Jin going into the army and having to leave the group behind for his mandatory military service. I thought they deemed BTS exempt from military service, but I’ve also heard that it’s only been postponed.
The korean government has allowed them to postpone enlistment to the age of 30. We are aware that Jin will be the first to leave, but no confirmation as yet whether they will all enter together or stagger. What will be will be, we must support their cultural decisions.
