If the horsetail chutes are slightly dried up, can they still be used to make tea? Will there still be a sufficient medicinal effect?

No need to boil....the grass is too delicate. Roots you boil, not leaves, flowers, "herbs."

that ain't no tea, you made horsetail water or horsetail flavored water. it has no color to it which means it's not potent tea. such a shame you have fresh high quality herb and didn't show anyone how to make the tea correctly, that's not how you make tea and you didn't get any of the medicinal nutrients out of the plant so this video is wasted
