Why to learn about setState if it's class based function

Because moving forward functional components will be used. In React official documentation they updated to use the functional component rather than the class component.

Now class component of react is deprecated.

I don't think so, react recommends not using it in future, but it is still not deprecated.

it will never be deprecated because all apps made before arrival of functional component will crash down.. I think so !!😅
