Hi sir, im having psr 2100.. Sound is Woking good when I keep half volume but I increase the volume, sounds getting dumped and getting complete mute for some seconds

There is key penal ic right on key penal . First clean it and dry with hot gun and check the all connections. If it not work replace the ic

Check the adopter voltage and impair first . Also could be problem in the keyboard . Test the DC-DC converters

It’s depends on courier service . Almost it is standard all over the world. It’s is not a whole keyboard just a motherboard.
