This is a short video of 4 females that train with Hastings Kickboxing Academy.
Ages 3, 8, 13 and 30 years old, They where all asked why they train at HKA, although 4 different answers the message was the same.
At HKA we empower our members an enable them to grow as individuals, Confidence, inner strength, believing in them selves, are just a few traits they will pick up from training.
