Princess Catherine's dress looks like it's Neon, actually plugged in. She will NEVER not show up anyone with her, not now, not when she's 80. I hope Catherine got to wear a Tiara to the second Coronation. I'm only not outraged about her not wearing one to first because I think I have to assume it had something to do with H's wife.
