Do you have a workout routine for women with osteoporosis? I gave up working out because of all the misinformation from some trainers on safe positions. You are so knowledgeable and explain what to and what not to do and why. Your amazing Help please

See if you can understand why.. what’s the limiter? Varying the yoga might improve your function!
