This one made me shudder and not in a good way. I've never knew that doctors can rip open your ribs, this shows how much I know nothing about how they operate on the human body. it especially didn't help that the doctor was giving off yandere/incel alarms, and had a thing for dead people.
It reminds me a lot of the short silent horror film called Aftermath made in 1994. It shows extremely vivid (fake) autopsies and gratuitous necrophilia. It definitely isn't for the faint of heart
Not all those who are dead end up in a morgue. There have been cases where paralysis plays a part in live people being pronounced dead. It’s hardly if ever a mistake made these days.

I read this short story by Stephen King...only in there they managed to find out before ripping the guy open...still creepy from a personal perspective
