Ill explain them:
1 John 2 is about keeping His commandments. Then you are like Jesus, sinless, righteous, holy, perfect and the light of the world.
1 John 3 is about the children of satan ( the sinners) and the children of God ( the born again Christians who do not sin)
When you still sin you are not born again!
