    In his final film, Mario Lanza plays world renowned opera singer Tonio Costa who is as brilliant as he is profligate. But when Tonio falls head over vocals for the beautiful and deaf Christa (Johanna von Koczian), he sets out on a musical mission of mercy, combing the capitals for musical specialists. For only when Christa can hear Tony sing, will he in turn hear her say 'I Do". Also starring Zsa-Zsa Gabor.
    Directed By Rudolph Maté
    Starring Mario Lanza, Johanna von Koczian, Kurt Kasznar

    God bless her soul. These were the smart ladies of old time Hollywood who survived in spite of the difficulties and language barriers.

    Well, indeed she was ingenious! In Hollywood she played a kind of Hungarian accent, and when she visited Hungary her accent was vice versa.

    Mrs Gabor once lived in Toronto at the old 4 seasons hotel. She loved her dog and was cared for by the Animal Clinic 2. She didn’t stay at the Hilton hotel

    She was fun. Saw her once riding a horse at the 84 Olympic preliminaries. Forgot the name of the horse track, north of L.A. She looked good, but was there to ride, not to compete.

    Hungary was better under communism disagree youre a fool Hungarians are poor now they weren’t in Hungary

    • @togian755
      @togian755 3 года назад +3

      Communism did nothing to benefit Hungary. The Hungarians did not ask the Soviets to invade it either. If Hungary was ok during tbe soviet occupation it was because the country was strong before it invaded. If hungary is poorer today it may not have recovered from the occupation and other developments in more recent decades.
