I Have Been Working on getting the best place to get grounded and it feels like there is electricity coming through and I feel tingling in my legs then it gets un comfortable, I feel great when i'm in the grass but not in my bed, where can i ground my product? Also my home is old and does not have ground to my plugs so I ground to my water line. Any help would be great Thank You
I just heard about grounding about a month and half ago....my sister sent me the documentary which was wonderful !!!!!! I'm not one for crazy cure all's but as soon as I watched it I WAS SOLD !!!!! It all makes sense !!!! So my sister and I have been grounding DAILY !!!!!! I purchased a half grounding sheet for my bed and it just came in the mail !!! So now I am addicted to soft sole mocassins, I've even got leather to make my own !!!! My sister says she no longer needs a nap 🤣🤣 and I also feel more energetic !! My pain in my back is bad so I can't say I've seen a major improvement but SOME. We shall see what happens because I will be grounding for as long as I'm on the planet 😁😁

Good info, helpful per the copper tape/wire for grounding our plastic shoes, 🎵🎶: it is very important , I've noticed, to make 🎵🎶 s about where your symptoms( phys, emo, thot, spirit, energy....) are, on a scale of 10, and then noting improvements forward BECAUSE self-care demands input, too. Improvements, unnoted, may remain unnoted; thus, one gets this consciousness thing about I'm/it is not improving( even tho there are profound, marvelous, miraculous improvements presenting!!!!!). 🎉

My name is Sandy,my husband takes blood thinners(Warfarin) when grounding will his blood get more thin? Could this be dangerous for him?

if using a ground rod, would it be okay to cover it with leaves to preserve more moisture...and also surrounding the rod with epsom salt?
