The F-5 is so great. It's so fast and easy to get in the air it's almost like hopping on a bike, and dropping snake eyes when you're screaming in down on the deck is a blast. I just wish it could carry a couple more sidewinders like the Viggen.
The way you play this sim is so perfect ! Laid back, having fun and being a damn good pilot. I absolutely enjoy the content you put online and miss the RUclips lives you used to do. Twitch is too complicated for me for some reason :(

People sleep on the F-5E and mostly complain about the wings falling off (lol, check your g's, yo), but honestly it's a dope plane.

Got the F5 yesterday gonna try the Enigma Cold War server in a few days with a friend. Are y’all using discord for comms? Thanks for the F5 tutorials. Now I need to bind commands to Warthog Hotas. Hopefully cya in there.
I use discord for comms with my wingmen and SRS for comms with GCI and the Overlord Bot

Tricker, I have a question only an expert F5 jockey can probably answer..............what does the Activity power button on the RWR actually do?Ive read Chucks guide and EDs manual and I got nuthin/no real explanation as to what function it serves, really like your vids................
It's not modeled. Honestly no idea, RWR doesn't really work correctly anyway.

The Cage/UnCage on Viggen & F5 makes the diffence. I missed a lot of shots with the Mig-21 because I can't give enough lead with R3S / R13. It is better with R60, but unfortunately got short legs...
same thing when red migs kill f-14s on that server. this time you faced low skilled pilots.
ive yet to find any skilled pilots on redfor.

@@hammerofdavey i found out about the server last year sometime in October and typically fly in it ever since, if I’m not there then I’m in DDCS as well
@@hammerofdavey nah, scoreboard isn’t accurate, I get 3 kills on one sortie and it says I have 18 instead, I don’t go by scoreboard

How did you get the tacview to show the terrain so green / closer to realistic? When I select the DCS terrain from the options, the map is quite a bit more brown than what I see in the vid.
