ART APRONS - SEWING - VOLUNTEER - TEXAS

There is a small school in D'Hanis Texas that many may not know about. While work'amping for the Lonestar Corral SKP-CO-OP back in 2021/2022, my husband and I were asked if we would like to help out distributing handmade items to the children of this small-town school. All items are crafted by members of the RV community.
Grades pre-k to fifth are gifted different items, from these art aprons to crocheted cross bags for the young girls in fifth grade. Jewlery boxes, bookmarkers and many more items.
All this so these children may receive a little something for the holidays just in case there's nothing at home when the main day comes.
I could go on and on, however, if you travel through the area stop by LSC (must be an Escapees Member) and stay a night or two to explore the area enjoy good food at the local restaurants.
