- Excited to be able to release my workout footage for everyone to benefit from. Most of these drills you can do by yourself when you are working on your game!
This footage was shot this summer while I was at my old school Lycoming. As most of you know, I transferred to Lancaster Bible College to use my extra year of eligibility. Slightly different then what MATTY ICE did in the video but the only thing changed is number of reps. You're Welcome!
1. 10 perfect close shots from the front of the rim.
2. Mikan layups 10 makes each side
3. 10 reverse layups each side (inside hand)
4. 2 ball low dribbles 15, medium dribbles 15, high dribbles 15.
5. 2 ball alternate low dribbles 15, alternate medium dribbles 15, alternate high dribbles 15.
6. 2 ball windshields low dribbles 15, windshields medium dribbles 15, windshields high dribbles 15.
7. 2 ball back and forth low dribbles 15, back and forth medium dribbles 15, back and forth high dribbles 15.
8. 2 ball one high one low dribbles 10 seconds each side.
9. 20 makes figure 8 freestyle finishing (make 2 of one finish then move onto next type of finish.) Different types of finishes:
+Regular lay
+Reverse lay
+ Euro
+ Swing Step
+ Spin Move
11. 5 free throw makes
12. Shooting start close and take one step back each make. Go until middle of half and 3pt line.
13. Hang tween half court and back.
14. Crossover half court and back.
15. Behind the back half court and back.
16. Start from top of the key and crossover to the right then quick cross back to elbow jump shot 10 makes each side. Do crossover and behind the back as well.
17. Dribble up from top of the key and sell drive to side dribbling on. If right hand do quick jolt to the right and then straight up into the shot vis versa. 10 makes each hand.
18. 5 free throw makes
19. Self pass in front to jab fake one dribble pull-up, 5 makes each side.
20. Self pass to side then run up to ball jab opposite and rip to one dribble pull up. 5 makes each side.
21. Self pass to shot fake then push out dribble to jump shot.
22. Self pass freestyle, 10 makes. Practice pivot Before making move.
23. Cross step pivot to spin and drive to crafty finish or pull-up, 5 makes each side.
24. Throw ball to corner and practice running up catching and shooting, 5 makes each side.
25. 5 free throw makes.
26. 10 self pass 3pt makes
