Okay my problem is that I have full intention to eat clean. However it feels like I'm a vampire when I'm hungry. As if regardless of my intentions I cannot stop my mind from obsessing over food.

Grab some chocolate protein powder. I found one that tastes really good. It’s pea and hemp. I mix it with oat milk when I get hungry. It’s saved me so much grief from mistakes I would’ve made while hangry. Another cool strategy, when you go out for a burger or something, plan meals for the next couple of days and go to the grocery store while your satiated. Think simple snacks from a variety of whole (unprocessed) foods. Don’t complicated it at first. Once it’s like second nature and spending time in the kitchen isn’t overwhelming, then you can add intricacies. Getting a good multivitamin has been helpful. Good as in a single serving that’s comprehensive and doesn’t come out in my urine. Eventually, realize what your society’s common diets lack and center your choices around those things. Mine is centered around potassium and omega 3s.

Quote unquote poor people from Africa don't require this advice Emiliano. As a matter of fact, you, Western and European nations could learn something from "poor people from any country". Eating from the land, Eating non-processed foods, Eating communally, Eating sustainably and Eating food close to the ground is way better for the gut than the packaged, processed food products that your countries create, market and sell. If you really want to understand why they're "poor" , take a look at European colonization and the continuous infiltration of puppet governments that create instability and poverty. Trust me....as an African person, Africans are WEALTHY and WELLTHY in their indigenous knowledge of healthy eating.

@@ShelleyChapman ok ok from what you are saying everyone in africa is wealthy and malnutrition is not a problem 👍. I guess the kids and people I saw starving and on malnutrition are just paid actors. And the people I meet from there are just a bunch of liers.

@@ShelleyChapman funny how you blame other countries . Like Africa is not corrupt. The solution for big problems is not blame others is start changing your country from inside. All the western people like you call it wouldn't be ruining Africa without the help of locals. y But I see you only want argue and sound smart. 👍good on you .
