Good morning friends... I am looking for the schematic or diagram of the vacuum hoses for Ford 2001 f150 5.4 lightning. I hope you can help me... have a great day.
Hey everyone I really need help. So I have an 02 lightning and just put on new lower intake manifold/turkey pan gaskets. However, I don't know the torque specs for the bolts that hold them down. Can anyone please help?
I have a friend thats able to change that hose for 200.00 And he doesn't take it apart. He does disassemble everything on the driver side to get to it from the top.
My 01 lightning is throwing the same codes I've tried everything except replace that hose connected to the turkey I will definitely try that next I believe you are on the money thanks I'm glad I came across this video I appreciate it thanks.
@@phatkidgarage5941 Ouch, too many trucks. Have you cleaned the throttle body out with some cleaner? The truck seems hesitant when you pulled on it. Wanna help me with my turkey pan? haha
What size hose n fitting you use to replace the cracked or ripped hose ?
The spark plugs are easy for me I'm intimidated by pulling the sc and tearing everything down but you made it look easy good job.
Thanks for watching the channel. Keep an eye out for upcoming episodes.
Do you have an idea how much cost a job like this?
Just curious why you didn't want to delete the turkey pan fitting all together?
The lower intake manifold/turkey pan gaskets being bad is also a common reason for the p0171 and p0174 lean codes.
Is the hose next to the iac valve (the 90^ turn that leads under the front pulley), is that the iac hose?
I have the same problem in my 02 lightning same codes with idle fluctuation problem
Thanks for the video bro
You are welcome! Glad I could help.

Is this the same for the 2002 Ford F150 Harley Davidson 5.4 Supercharged? I am having the same problem
Exactly the same

Also can the supercharger be removed completely with out taking the top part off?
The supercharger can be removed without removing the upper plenum.

Can u tell me what size that silicon hose was ?!??
Anyone find out what size hose and fittings he used for the fix?
Did you get new gasket for the supercharger? You didn’t say?
The only gasket I replaced was the upper plenum to supercharger. I reused the lower gasket.
@@phatkidgarage5941 oknya bc I only got bought the lower gasket I was hoping I could just pull the whole thing off together
I reused the existing gasket.
MAF sensor is clocked wrong.
Just pipe plug the turkey pan
Just use a 3/8 npt for the turkey pan, lots of youtube videos on how to do it.
Removing the fitting from the turkey pan is pretty difficult without removing the lower intake.
What did you use to cleand up all the built up oil
Let is soak in Simple Green and brake clean.
Thank you for the video. Very helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Cant you just put an oil separator instead of putting a hose back again?
Yes, but this was just a temporary fix to get it to pass emissions. I have a Kenne Bell on the shelf ready to go on soon.
It don't show how to release the two wires.
I got the same codes and I pretty sure it’s the pcv hose behind the supercharger
It's a very common issue with these trucks. After repair there was no funky idle or surging.

Nice
Next it's time to fix that busted windshield.
Already taken care of my friend! Lol!
I already replaced it and within the same week I got a huge star in it already...... Can't win sometimes.... LOL!
