big man blue actually there are things they don’t tell you when they custom the shoes. Some show you they take off the gloss with acetone and some don’t. But most of them won’t show you what they do after they customize it. They apply a protective paint. They use the acrylic finisher after the whole process

Yes they do as long as the marker is not to thick , if u want them to last though with any costume shoes u have to out finisher on it
