Love the 379EXHD of yours casketman20. Having a 379 and driving it is beyond words, just a real joy to own and drive. Many of them still ply the roads everyday. Keep it rolling my friend
I've been running the 379 on here for a bit now. Really like how the truck leans when you go through corners like the suspension is worn. That and the cab is really loud like it has 90s insulation in it.
the way guys are getting around that ignition on the 389 is they are out there buying glider kits and using a single turbo cat that way they can use straight pipes
I just tried this rig yesterday.... i have to say its really nice so far. Great work as usual brother! The only thing i noticed with this rig is the suspension is extremely soft but i am running a softer suspension mod so that may make it a little to bouncy.
I downloaded the Fontaine Phantom trailers edited by Lucasi with the TMC logo on it. Looks amazing and still getting 60 FPS. Was using Solaris36 version for awhile.
My dad drove a ford ltl9000 here in Australia with a 425hp high torque cat 3460e that thing flew it was used for road train work and it was considered under powered what he's driving now is new emission 550hp cummins signature powered western star it regularly grosses 170 tonne carrying iron ore in 4 trailer road train and its just cracked the head on it, sorry for going on there and keep up the good work :)
+Casketman20 it does but he's got it back they put the clutch in backwards which amazes me how they do that but they fixed that and it going good now and thanks for the reply :)
at first i couldnt figure out how to get it into the mod list now that i have figured it out says the mod is active, but cant seem to find it, uninstalled it reinstalled it but to no avail thinking about starting another profile maybe...thanks anyway!
Love Pete's but i really wish they would move onto something else besides a pete if these guys put this much work into a freightliner sterling western star it would add so much detailed variety to the game but none the less this is a sweet mod, great vid from a new sub
Thanks for the sub! There is at least one Western Star that I've seen multiple photos of. It remains private. I believe there was talk of a Sterling as well but I haven't seen anything.

Some of the modded trucks are actually a little too realistic for the game as it is.You need unrealistic truck physics to deal with the unrealistic traffic and roads. My beef is with how narrow it gets on interstates. You hardly ever see concrete dividers and guardrails right up tight against the road. That rescale should fix that? You know you're out in the middle of a desert where there's plenty of room to put in a guardrail which isn't right up against the lane. And if you notice, there's always a slow truck spawning so you have to try to pass with that narrow lane. lol swear that's done on purpose.
I've noticed that vehicle spawn at bs times. Like when you're running down a slower truck a car will spawn and try to pass you as soon as you try and pass the truck.

the 389 carried over the same dash and interior of the 06 and 07 379, 04 and 05 379 had simular dash

Mods are not allowed on ATSMP. Only stock SCS trucks.

So you just dropped that into the mods folder and the game says it cant open it? Take the (2) off the back tho.

Yeah I hope that with the upscale,things open up a little. Merge lanes and so on.
