Que sont les Capitaux propres ?

Les capitaux propres sont une notion clef en comptabilité. Ils incluent le capital social, c’est-à-dire les apports des associés, et les réserves, qui sont les résultats passés non distribués aux associés. Des capitaux propres élevés indiquent que la société a réalisé des bénéfices et n’a pas distribué l’intégralité de ces bénéfices. C’est donc un indicateur de bonne santé et de prudence
