I have been having issues sleeping and I've been listening to this video almost every night now. I don't know why but it really makes me calm and I can actually feel myself slipping into sleep. Usually I have to be dead tired to fall asleep, but your asmr really REALLY works on me. It's so nice being able to sleep normally and not be awake staring at my ceiling for hours and I REALLY want to thank you for making this and your other sleep aid ones. This one is my favourite but I've listened to them all and they all did the trick. I've struggled with sleep for YEARS and it seems like I never got a good night's sleep until I started listening to these. Literally life changing.
