Hopefully you found it by now, but just in case it is the “Asteria” by Alsma Crochet Art, and I believe it can be found on Ravelry and (maybe?) Etsy but I think the pattern might be in Russian, and I'm not sure about other translations.

Thanks for the wonderful pattern and instructions, however in Row 17 you started with 4 ch but you didn’t show how to end that row and use those 4 ch stitches. There is a gap created there. Please batayiye.

For R17-- in the beginning,ch 4 was done . Then what you did while finishing that round? Because when its time to end that round and do slip stitch,there is a loop of ch 4 in my work, which is not visible in your work.

10:21 -- I think this should be round 10. Im making along with this video. Yes its little confusing as round numbers changes from R9 to directly R11 and then same is called to be R12. The written instructions.are different than what you are telling.

Also For Rd18-- you are saying that there are 3 sc(stitches) from previous round whereas while Making previous round you said to make 4 sc and so there are 4 sc in my work. But thats not seen in your work.

You do 4dc popcorn, in the written pattern it is 5 dc.
When you use 8ply yarn do 4dc pattern and when useing 4ply to 6ply wool do 5dc ....

You've got the wrong written instructions for round 3. You haven't put that the dc are fpdc. It should be 1fpdc, 2sc, repeat. But of course your text doesn’t explain where to put the front post dc of round 4. Unwatchable due to the dark colour as well. I appreciate that you are trying to provide english subtitles but you need to make sure that they are 100% correct. Do better.
