@@AerialBon I think It depends on the fitness level of each of us. I train every single evening with just one or 2 days a week rest. I also combine PT training outdoors on Sats...so if u are advanced these are great combined but if someone is beginner they can do separate. 😊💪 Looking forward for more until I can go back in the air 😁 thanks for all ur time
I have done this yesterday combined with the abs workout! Ideal if u don't have much space. To make it harder... Take no rest 💪
