Somewhere in the shapers ripples, when Lucia goes away to do DMC bloody palace in front of red tide portals in the past, and SKK gets to spend quality time with nugget at his place, SKK gets a "dream" where he is behind some sort of a glass wall/forcefield, watching Lucia from behind while she is spamming her signature attacks. IMO, that was a sneak peak at future events, where SKK gets back to timetravel shenanigans, trying to get Lucia back before she burns herself away during her years of spawn camping the red tide creatures.
2:02 I really like her PV theme here, I haven't looked into her story and personality yet but the music gives some sort of calming and void/space vibes and the music always keeps the same rhythm like keep it under control, not go too high or too low, make me have an impression of Ishmael is a high being with a strong space/void power ( which obviously is lol but the music just kind of emphasize it) but despite that she always remain calm, just wants to chillin around and uses her power mostly to keep things under control rather than mess it up
i like her pv theme from 1.30, aside feeling the same as the vibe your are feeling. I also feel that from 1.30 its like God vs God and a single snap from one of these two would end everything.

Majority of players are more comfortable referring to Chaos as "Commandant's daughter", and thus that's how she is commonly thought of, although she's *technically* moreso a rebirth of the Commandant themself, like an alternate incarnation based off Commandant's psychology. She was made by Vonnegut for reasons further explained in the Shaper's Ripples patch
