I reccomend listening to it being read also.Alexander Scourby has an excellent reading on RUclips. Ask the Holy Spirit to teach you and lead you into truth. Each book is addressing different subjects for a separate group of people, put together, we get the whole counsel of God. You build your knowledge one subject at a time.

The prophet Samuel said obedience is better than Sacrifice, he refered to animal sacrifices. But right after, he talks about rebellion as being the same as witchcraft. Sin is rebellion against the Lord's authority. If rebellion is the opposite of obedience and you say obedience is the same as sacrifice then you are saying that you are making a sacrifice by not sinning. Jesus Christ is the ultimate sacrifice, you just need to obey his commands

The word 'fast' in Hebrew is 'tsoom' which directly translated means WITHOUT FOOD. There is only one way to biblically fast, which is WITHOUT FOOD. Anything else is not fasting. You can drink water or not. Up to you. I'd highly suggest not to go past three days without water though. And if you fast for 21 days or more do not break your fast with solid food. Your body isn't ready to digest it. You need to eat basically baby food and broth for a few days till you rebuild your body. Whatever the Holy Spirit calls you to do, do it. Be faithful to God and never end a fast early. God bless.

@TheHealingHomecook The only way to 'fast' is to go without food. Matthew 17:21 and Mark 9:29 Jesus said some of these (demons) only come out by prayer and fasting. My strongest deliverances came from fasting. The longer I fasted the tougher the demons came out. Also when you are not drawing energy from physical food you are forcing yourself to draw it from spiritual food which is the Holy Spirit. That's why Jesus said "I have food to eat you don't know about". But as in all things I was lead by the Holy Spirit how long to fast for. I did not make those decisions. He told me. So please be lead by the spirit when doing such things. Everyone will be called according to their ability. I will also say this. You cannot 'fast' things like social media or coffee. Going without meat and eating only vegetables is not 'fasting'. But it is abstaining. And God will reward you when you abstain from things you like. But it isn't fasting. Just call things what they are. Being a vegetarian isn't fasting lol. I hope this helps answer your question. The true answer is to hear the voice of God and be in a good relationship with him and be obedient to do whatever he asks you to do. 😁

So the demons will flood their hosts with thoughts that eating vegetables is fasting to trick them into thinking they are fasting when they aren't. That means the evil spirits get to stay in their host. That's why so many people are deceived today into thinking that going without Facebook is 'fasting'. It's a lie of the devil. I absolutely love to fast. It's so completely revitalizing physically, mentally, and especially spiritually. I've done 4 days max during the Lenten season this year, but I am doing a 7 day water fast the first week into 2025. ❤ 🙏🏼 God bless.
I failed completing my fast today and my heart is broken. I was only 6 hours away from finishing it. Two things happened that stressed me out and cause me to go to food for comfort. I pray I can start over tomorrow.

The Elders celebrated when we completed a fast in our own time... as a work that was "finished," lest we convince our self we have to be perfect - at which point we expect everyone else to be "less than" if they aren't "perfect." It has to be your own call, but remember God will never tell you that a divine Intention to the best of your ability is "not enough." I failed at 3 attempts of a 4-day fast, a once in a year ceremony. I was able to complete that 4th year commitment on the 4th try - by the Grace of God I finally reached the end. Celebrate the time you carried out - God knew your intention from the beginning. Just some food for thought... the answer has to be yours upon seeking God's Answer, aside from what anyone else would say about it.
God knows your heart and if you intended to complete your fast.God doesn't look exactly at what we do, but WHY we do it. If I stole food ( say if I had no other means) to feed a starving dying child God would forgive me as he would know my intention wasn't just to steal for the sake of stealing. God knows your heart and your intention so try not to be hard on yourself. You can always fast again another time. Time spent in prayer or fasting is never wasted. Pray and keep praying, it's demonic that you go to food for comfort when God should be your comfort but don't let that get you down, it's very common for our fleshy forms to find external comfort in materialistic things and things like food drink drugs, it why obesity gluttony and addiction is rife. But you need to focus on our Lord Jesus Christ at all times , I'n Joy in pain in suffering in everything make him your everything and he will be all you need. Resist the Devil and he will flee. Fasting is like. Muscle , the more you do it and train and practice it the "easier" it gets ( not necessarily easier in that it won't be hard but the stronger you get). Whatever you feel and do for God in your Heart he knows...he measures us by his heart and if we are Saved by believing in Christ then we should no longer be sin conscious and likewise don't focus on your failures because Jesus won the Eternal Battle against the enemy so all who believe are victorious winners already. Please don't carry guilt or shame Jesus carried it all for us so we don't have to. It helps no one but gives Satan a way to get to you. Sure be sorry in your heart and just try not to do it again. With practice and strength from the Lord you will succeed someday.
I just came off my first dry fast And when I say you will see and feel things. Especially if you are filled with the Holy Ghost. I heard God say “Bless you child” 😔 I did not think I was going to make it. The last day was extremely hard but I did it!!!!! 🥹 proud of you sir! Keep going!!!! Cause God will REVEAL! Deliverance healing breakthrough!!!! God specifically told me dry fast for 3 full days and nights. Boy when I say. God be the glory keep finding your purpose in God!!!!! @@briangonzalez1964 Go for 72 hours now. Honestly every time I fasted those first three days were always the hardest. It seems to get easier after that. And eat breakfast then start your fast. So you can just wake up and eat on the last day of your fast. If you eat dinner first you'll have to wait the entire day hungry till you break your fast.

I support this decision to fast. The body is MUCH MORE powerful than we all realize. I completed an 11 day, 18 hours and 12 min fast once. Absolutely no food and on some days no water either. I never thought I’d been able to go without food and water for more than 5 days.. We can do the hard things, you just have to want to do it.

You shouldnt have broken your fast. You made a promise. There's a guy in bible who broke a fast because the prophet told him to eat. The guy later died turns out wasnt God who told him to. Bottom line dont fast what you cant promise. Dont promise what you cant fast. If you made mistake start again - realistically
This is great I really belive God is telling me to to continue back on my fast ive broken 3 nights ago on christmas day God woke me up around 3am and gave me instructions to worship him for an hour and that was the only thing on my mind and even when I hopped on youtube to tried and ignore it I saw worshipping songs and videos recommended to me which was strange because I usually dont have that type of stuff on my youtube recommendations so that was my clear instructions so I followed it and worshipped for an hour straight focusing on God after I was instructed to fast for 3 days for my current desires in life, wisdom, and direction. On christmas day I decided to only fast until 6pm which I passed with that but however the day after christmas and yesterday I broke my fast unfortunately due to measly temptations. I take full accountability of me breaking my fasts and know I couldve done it had I not had made excuses for breaking them. And once again I see this video pop up on my recomended and Belive God is telling me i have unfinished business I will be starting again tomorrow (12/29/24) and I believe I got it this time for sure by the Grace of God.

I used to fast more often especially when I was younger. I know that God is speaking telling me to fast more, even if it’s 24 or 48 hours. Obeying and denying myself as a retired senior citizen is rather challenging. I honestly love cooking and enjoying my quiet time with my food family and friends. I also have part time job serving food to senior citizen. I know that God will give me wisdom and strength to start back fasting again. God is not done with me yet.

You should know that putting a bit of salt in your water is needed. Water fasting is nothing to take lightly, fainting can occur if not done carefully.

Dude thank you for this video. I have been feeling led to fast for sometime. Also have struggled with my identity for quite some time. Same Sex attraction has had a grip on me for quite some time. I have done this type of fast a couple of times now, first time i did it was the most eye opening for me. It really works and is a great way to get in contact with god and to lose a few kilos/pounds.

Wooooooo this happened to me too when I did my water fast for three days too and I could’ve kept going and He told me too that it’s okay to eat. That I don’t need to prove anything to Him by keep going.
God showed me how much I rely on food & how fortunate I am to have free choice in it. I can get food whenever I want. There are so many people who don’t have that. And also in my hunger & thinking this fast was pointless, it led me to search the scriptures for meaning behind fasting. Something I wouldn’t have done without fast. I may not have stuck to the original goal, but was able to fast much longer than I ever had & as time went by, food wasn’t on my mind nearly as much. For man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.
I had a similar experience. On October 1 2024 I began waking up at 3am with prayer and worship seeking a breakthrough. On October 15 The Most High sent me a dream I was with a maintenance man and we were going from room to room checking things on a golf cart. On one of the doors it read This room is for DORMY. I’d never seen this word before so I looked it up : The term comes from the French/Latin word dormir, which means "to sleep". This suggests that a player who is dormy can relax without worrying about losing the match.
I just said last night to self. I'm going to pray in my quiet space and truly get silent. I've only prayed. Not intently fasting and praying with my heart and mind all in, to listen. A revelation I got from the Apostile and my church is that praise clears the atmosphere of anything unclean or maybe have something on your mind and worship we sing to the Lord and as we bless the Lord with the fruit of our lips blessings come down in worship and then we can get in pray and commune with the father.

Hot spirit spoke to me and told me to tell you. 40 is extremely too long without food. To make sure you do liquids in this dry fasting. He said after day 4 you will hear him if you shut out all of the distractions around you. Other people opinion, social media, people pleasing, he said, he sees your heart! Look in the things you may think are mundane & you will find him. God bless you. He doesn’t want you to be who he is. You already are made in his image. You are an expression of him.
I was freaking out on the idea that I needed to fast for my breakthrough to come, and I was panicking in regards to my bills. "If I don’t fast, will God not deliver me." Nonetheless, I put the food in the freezer. But then this video showed up, and that brought on a memory where I was going through the same thing. Felt like I couldn’t eat and was called to fast, and I was already underweight from all my failed fastings. Then as I read the bible, for that was the only thing I could do, I stumbled upon Ecclesiastes 9:7 where it read, "Go, eat your bread with gladness and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for God is already pleased with what you do." I broke down crying. Thank you for this video.
Ecclesiastes 9:7 means that God takes pleasure in your pleasure and you should enjoy life as a gift from God. You should start off slow.There are different fasting methods you can do.
@@nixonnate32 Remember that demons share their emotions with you when they are inside you. Like when you smoke. When you smoke you are killing yourself and the demon is happy about that and he shares that feeling of happiness with you. So if you're about to fast and the demon inside you knows that he will have to leave if you fast, he will get nervous which he will share that feeling of nervousness with you and you will think you are the one who is nervous when it's really just a demonic spirit. I would say you probably need to go fast and get that spirit out of you. Pretty much everyone on the planet can fast at least three days. I suggest you eat breakfast then fast 72 hours water only. That way on the third day you can just wake up and eat. Makes it easier when the last 8 hours of your fast you are sleeping.

Cause at this point I need it for my sanity. Thank you for this video. It was a sign for me that I should do another fasting very soon. I just ended my 5-day water only fasting about a week ago. It was my 4th time in the past 5 years or so. Although I succeeded every time I fasted, this time was very different. I was reading this book, “Fasting for Breakthrough & Deliverance” by John Eckhardt as I was fasting every day. God showed me clearly what I need to do and how I have to stand strong and reclaim my authority over my life’s decisions. I learned that fasting without God or purpose of connecting and listening God through prayers is just mere dieting and physical detoxification. If I you need a spiritual breakthrough, you have to make the time of fasting to be the devotion and dedication to God. The book mentions above is highly recommended to be read in conjunction to water or dry fasting. You will be supported and encouraged by powerful words of God to complete the fast.
Been here done that. Its amazing how God deals with us. God doesn't lead a all on a cookie cutter journey. Alot of Pastors are wrong for making people think that. Its a individual basis. I wish I knew this when i started out my journey with God. Pastors can only give you what they have nothing more. Keep seeking God. Ive been through this very circumstance you are describing. I've only been called to 24 hour fasts for the most part once a week so far. Our Father also gives me insights during this time. Praise be to Yah. He is guiding our footsteps.

Damn man, nice short and sweet video. I'm about to end my 3 day fast tonight and I've been doing my fasting journey since summer 2024 like you. I had a ringing in my ear last night after listening to youtube ministries and reading Proverbs, it really disturbed me because it was like a severe tinnitus for 30 seconds- 1 minute and it didn't go away it just got less loud, and it was odd because it happened right at midnight, exactly. My grandfather said that he heard from other people that experienced the same thing and he said it could be God telling the Holy Spirit that dwells within me a message, because I have never had a history of ear ringing or anything similar, I thought I was about to have a medical event it got so bad although today it's a non-issue. I was originally going to fast for 7 days but my mother is concerned for my health and I felt exactly as you described, that it wasn't necessary anymore because God can read what's on my heart. Man, this comin February will be three years now, since I fasted for that month of Feb. I did eat one small meal some days or a protein shake but minimal intake for the full month. That changed my life. I have gained more understanding in the past few years, than I did the first 40 sumn odd years of my life. There is sooo much that I'm now trying to un-learn as I try daily to grow closer to God. Till 4 yrs ago, I didn't even believe in God. I was doing drugs, drinking, and just living for the world. I was a functioning addict & always pulled my weight to be a dad, husband etc, but was just wild. Would fight in a quickness. Ill tempered often. JESUS revealed Himself to be true & present 4 yrs ago & I've been following Him & full of joy, ever since. God is sooo good to us. I'm just grateful. My life is completely different than it was such a short time ago. Praise God...

I fast like two days or one whole day sometimes throughout the year. What God messaged me said. Follow the spirit of love and listen to love. And you’ll never be lost. Then it clicked for me. Because God is love. Then I found out Jesus is love and Holy Spirit is love. Follow and listen to the spirit of love and we’ll never be lost.

Hello, Man, God is so Amazing. I know He led me to your video. This is my first time watching. I don't actually know the correct way to fast as some religions do it differently. Now I'm going to do this with water only and not eat anything in the evening like some do. He knows I have been wanting to fast but was confused as to which is the correct way. I repented recently and that very next morning I woke up to the Holy Spirit entering my body. What an amazing promise He has for us all and what an amazing change. Doing things I never thought I would, quit so much that I didn't even think I would, even my own appearance has changed. Praise God because I know I couldn't do this myself. Dr. Myles Munroe has some good sermons on RUclips on how to fast. Also if you have the Bible App on your phone, there’s a plan on there called “Fast Friends, Biblical Results of Fasting and Prayer”. It has 10 stories in the Bible of people fasting. It’s a really good read. God Bless 💕

The prophet Samuel said obedience is better than Sacrifice, he refered to animal sacrifices. But right after, he talks about rebellion as being the same as witchcraft. Sin is rebellion against the Lord's authority. If rebellion is the opposite of obedience and you say obedience is the same as sacrifice then you are saying that you are making a sacrifice by not sinning. Jesus Christ is the ultimate sacrifice, you just need to obey his commands

The word 'fast' in Hebrew is 'tsoom' which directly translated means WITHOUT FOOD. There is only one way to biblically fast, which is WITHOUT FOOD. Anything else is not fasting. You can drink water or not. Up to you. I'd highly suggest not to go past three days without water though. And if you fast for 21 days or more do not break your fast with solid food. Your body isn't ready to digest it. You need to eat basically baby food and broth for a few days till you rebuild your body. Whatever the Holy Spirit calls you to do, do it. Be faithful to God and never end a fast early. God bless.

@TheHealingHomecook The only way to 'fast' is to go without food. Matthew 17:21 and Mark 9:29 Jesus said some of these (demons) only come out by prayer and fasting. My strongest deliverances came from fasting. The longer I fasted the tougher the demons came out. Also when you are not drawing energy from physical food you are forcing yourself to draw it from spiritual food which is the Holy Spirit. That's why Jesus said "I have food to eat you don't know about".
But as in all things I was lead by the Holy Spirit how long to fast for. I did not make those decisions. He told me. So please be lead by the spirit when doing such things. Everyone will be called according to their ability.
I will also say this. You cannot 'fast' things like social media or coffee. Going without meat and eating only vegetables is not 'fasting'. But it is abstaining. And God will reward you when you abstain from things you like. But it isn't fasting. Just call things what they are. Being a vegetarian isn't fasting lol.
I hope this helps answer your question. The true answer is to hear the voice of God and be in a good relationship with him and be obedient to do whatever he asks you to do. 😁

I failed completing my fast today and my heart is broken. I was only 6 hours away from finishing it. Two things happened that stressed me out and cause me to go to food for comfort. I pray I can start over tomorrow.

The Elders celebrated when we completed a fast in our own time... as a work that was "finished," lest we convince our self we have to be perfect - at which point we expect everyone else to be "less than" if they aren't "perfect." It has to be your own call, but remember God will never tell you that a divine Intention to the best of your ability is "not enough." I failed at 3 attempts of a 4-day fast, a once in a year ceremony. I was able to complete that 4th year commitment on the 4th try - by the Grace of God I finally reached the end. Celebrate the time you carried out - God knew your intention from the beginning. Just some food for thought... the answer has to be yours upon seeking God's Answer, aside from what anyone else would say about it.

God knows your heart and if you intended to complete your fast.God doesn't look exactly at what we do, but WHY we do it. If I stole food ( say if I had no other means) to feed a starving dying child God would forgive me as he would know my intention wasn't just to steal for the sake of stealing. God knows your heart and your intention so try not to be hard on yourself. You can always fast again another time. Time spent in prayer or fasting is never wasted. Pray and keep praying, it's demonic that you go to food for comfort when God should be your comfort but don't let that get you down, it's very common for our fleshy forms to find external comfort in materialistic things and things like food drink drugs, it why obesity gluttony and addiction is rife. But you need to focus on our Lord Jesus Christ at all times , I'n Joy in pain in suffering in everything make him your everything and he will be all you need. Resist the Devil and he will flee. Fasting is like. Muscle , the more you do it and train and practice it the "easier" it gets ( not necessarily easier in that it won't be hard but the stronger you get). Whatever you feel and do for God in your Heart he knows...he measures us by his heart and if we are Saved by believing in Christ then we should no longer be sin conscious and likewise don't focus on your failures because Jesus won the Eternal Battle against the enemy so all who believe are victorious winners already. Please don't carry guilt or shame Jesus carried it all for us so we don't have to. It helps no one but gives Satan a way to get to you. Sure be sorry in your heart and just try not to do it again. With practice and strength from the Lord you will succeed someday.
I just came off my first dry fast And when I say you will see and feel things. Especially if you are filled with the Holy Ghost. I heard God say “Bless you child” 😔 I did not think I was going to make it. The last day was extremely hard but I did it!!!!! 🥹 proud of you sir! Keep going!!!! Cause God will REVEAL! @@briangonzalez1964 Go for 72 hours now. Honestly every time I fasted those first three days were always the hardest. It seems to get easier after that.
And eat breakfast then start your fast. So you can just wake up and eat on the last day of your fast. If you eat dinner first you'll have to wait the entire day hungry till you break your fast.

I support this decision to fast. The body is MUCH MORE powerful than we all realize. I completed an 11 day, 18 hours and 12 min fast once. Absolutely no food and on some days no water either.
I never thought I’d been able to go without food and water for more than 5 days.. We can do the hard things, you just have to want to do it.

This is great I really belive God is telling me to to continue back on my fast ive broken 3 nights ago on christmas day God woke me up around 3am and gave me instructions to worship him for an hour and that was the only thing on my mind and even when I hopped on youtube to tried and ignore it I saw worshipping songs and videos recommended to me which was strange because I usually dont have that type of stuff on my youtube recommendations so that was my clear instructions so I followed it and worshipped for an hour straight focusing on God after I was instructed to fast for 3 days for my current desires in life, wisdom, and direction. On christmas day I decided to only fast until 6pm which I passed with that but however the day after christmas and yesterday I broke my fast unfortunately due to measly temptations. I take full accountability of me breaking my fasts and know I couldve done it had I not had made excuses for breaking them. And once again I see this video pop up on my recomended and Belive God is telling me i have unfinished business I will be starting again tomorrow (12/29/24) and I believe I got it this time for sure by the Grace of God.

I used to fast more often especially when I was younger. I know that God is speaking telling me to fast more, even if it’s 24 or 48 hours. Obeying and denying myself as a retired senior citizen is rather challenging. I honestly love cooking and enjoying my quiet time with my food family and friends. I also have part time job serving food to senior citizen. I know that God will give me wisdom and strength to start back fasting again. God is not done with me yet.

You should know that putting a bit of salt in your water is needed. Water fasting is nothing to take lightly, fainting can occur if not done carefully.

I’ve been fasting one day a week for years. According to Matthew 6, I make a list of rewards I’m believing God for as a result of my fast. Amazing things have transpired in my life, because of fasting!

I have done this type of fast a couple of times now, first time i did it was the most eye opening for me. It really works and is a great way to get in contact with god and to lose a few kilos/pounds.

Wooooooo this happened to me too when I did my water fast for three days too and I could’ve kept going and He told me too that it’s okay to eat. That I don’t need to prove anything to Him by keep going.
I'm about to start a 2 week water fast on January 1 because it's been a while since I've heard His voice.
God showed me how much I rely on food & how fortunate I am to have free choice in it. I can get food whenever I want. There are so many people who don’t have that. And also in my hunger & thinking this fast was pointless, it led me to search the scriptures for meaning behind fasting. Something I wouldn’t have done without fast. I may not have stuck to the original goal, but was able to fast much longer than I ever had & as time went by, food wasn’t on my mind nearly as much. For man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.

I had a similar experience. On October 1 2024 I began waking up at 3am with prayer and worship seeking a breakthrough. On October 15 The Most High sent me a dream I was with a maintenance man and we were going from room to room checking things on a golf cart. On one of the doors it read This room is for DORMY. I’d never seen this word before so I looked it up : The term comes from the French/Latin word dormir, which means "to sleep". This suggests that a player who is dormy can relax without worrying about losing the match.

A revelation I got from the Apostile and my church is that praise clears the atmosphere of anything unclean or maybe have something on your mind and worship we sing to the Lord and as we bless the Lord with the fruit of our lips blessings come down in worship and then we can get in pray and commune with the father.

Hot spirit spoke to me and told me to tell you. 40 is extremely too long without food. To make sure you do liquids in this dry fasting. He said after day 4 you will hear him if you shut out all of the distractions around you. Other people opinion, social media, people pleasing, he said, he sees your heart! Look in the things you may think are mundane & you will find him.

I was freaking out on the idea that I needed to fast for my breakthrough to come, and I was panicking in regards to my bills.

Nonetheless, I put the food in the freezer. But then this video showed up, and that brought on a memory where I was going through the same thing.
Felt like I couldn’t eat and was called to fast, and I was already underweight from all my failed fastings. Then as I read the bible, for that was the only thing I could do, I stumbled upon Ecclesiastes 9:7 where it read, "Go, eat your bread with gladness and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for God is already pleased with what you do."
I broke down crying.

@@nixonnate32 Remember that demons share their emotions with you when they are inside you. Like when you smoke. When you smoke you are killing yourself and the demon is happy about that and he shares that feeling of happiness with you.
So if you're about to fast and the demon inside you knows that he will have to leave if you fast, he will get nervous which he will share that feeling of nervousness with you and you will think you are the one who is nervous when it's really just a demonic spirit. I would say you probably need to go fast and get that spirit out of you. Pretty much everyone on the planet can fast at least three days. I suggest you eat breakfast then fast 72 hours water only. That way on the third day you can just wake up and eat. Makes it easier when the last 8 hours of your fast you are sleeping.

Cause at this point I need it for my sanity. Thank you for this video. It was a sign for me that I should do another fasting very soon. I just ended my 5-day water only fasting about a week ago. It was my 4th time in the past 5 years or so. Although I succeeded every time I fasted, this time was very different. I was reading this book, “Fasting for Breakthrough & Deliverance” by John Eckhardt as I was fasting every day. God showed me clearly what I need to do and how I have to stand strong and reclaim my authority over my life’s decisions. I learned that fasting without God or purpose of connecting and listening God through prayers is just mere dieting and physical detoxification. If I you need a spiritual breakthrough, you have to make the time of fasting to be the devotion and dedication to God. The book mentions above is highly recommended to be read in conjunction to water or dry fasting. You will be supported and encouraged by powerful words of God to complete the fast.

Been here done that. Its amazing how God deals with us. God doesn't lead a all on a cookie cutter journey. Alot of Pastors are wrong for making people think that. Its a individual basis. I wish I knew this when i started out my journey with God. Pastors can only give you what they have nothing more. Keep seeking God. Ive been through this very circumstance you are describing. Just takes me back to were i started. Keep going. Its not about a lot of stuff that churches tell you. They make it so hard. Its not that hard. Its alot going on there that i dont want to mess you up with. Main thing stay with God. Dim all those voices and let God minister to you. So glad He found you. Damn man, nice short and sweet video. I'm about to end my 3 day fast tonight and I've been doing my fasting journey since summer 2024 like you. I had a ringing in my ear last night after listening to youtube ministries and reading Proverbs, it really disturbed me because it was like a severe tinnitus for 30 seconds- 1 minute and it didn't go away it just got less loud, and it was odd because it happened right at midnight, exactly. My grandfather said that he heard from other people that experienced the same thing and he said it could be God telling the Holy Spirit that dwells within me a message, because I have never had a history of ear ringing or anything similar, I thought I was about to have a medical event it got so bad although today it's a non-issue. I was originally going to fast for 7 days but my mother is concerned for my health and I felt exactly as you described, that it wasn't necessary anymore because God can read what's on my heart. Man, this comin February will be three years now, since I fasted for that month of Feb. I did eat one small meal some days or a protein shake but minimal intake for the full month. That changed my life. I have gained more understanding in the past few years, than I did the first 40 sumn odd years of my life. There is sooo much that I'm now trying to un-learn as I try daily to grow closer to God. Till 4 yrs ago, I didn't even believe in God. I was doing drugs, drinking, and just living for the world. I was a functioning addict & always pulled my weight to be a dad, husband etc, but was just wild. Would fight in a quickness. Ill tempered often. JESUS revealed Himself to be true & present 4 yrs ago & I've been following Him & full of joy, ever since. God is sooo good to us. I'm just grateful. My life is completely different than it was such a short time ago. Praise God...

I fast like two days or one whole day sometimes throughout the year. What God messaged me said. Follow the spirit of love and listen to love. And you’ll never be lost. Then it clicked for me. Man, God is so Amazing. I know He led me to your video. This is my first time watching. I don't actually know the correct way to fast as some religions do it differently. Now I'm going to do this with water only and not eat anything in the evening like some do. He knows I have been wanting to fast but was confused as to which is the correct way. I repented recently and that very next morning I woke up to the Holy Spirit entering my body. What an amazing promise He has for us all and what an amazing change. Doing things I never thought I would, quit so much that I didn't even think I would, even my own appearance has changed. Praise God because I know I couldn't do this myself. Thank you sir for sharing this with us, being obedient and thank you God for everything. Now I know what I need to do. Take care brother.
