I need to stop binge watching these videos! I always find some new tool for the 1st time and think I need to order it to add to all my other tools. Nice result. I never knew how they cleaned up so well.
While personally, I have zero need for such a tool, I am really impressed with how quickly and smoothly(and uniformly!) it took off material in so few passes! I don't think I've ever seen any sanding/grinding tool do it's intended job so damn well! I'm going to create a need for that tool now!

I polished dairy fittings for 1 year (bench mounted polishing lathe), I quickly realized you would be crazy to make a career out of it. Your arms and back can't take much more than 5-10 years of this before you are a cripple all the while making next to no money. It's like being in the NFL for $30k a year.
Polishing stainless steel tube as demonstrated removes the reinforcement of the weld, but a weld ( TIG ) which has the correct penetration would still have adequate strength.
Wow, thanks for making this beautiful video. Must say grinding is a new sexy. So satisfying. But I wonder about the strength of the welded area. does grinding+polishing makes it stronger or even weaker? Or it separated between surface ability to held corrosion but weaken the strength of the structure itself? I will appreciated if there's some explanation. Thank you~
When you step into a food processing plant where they likely make something you consume, do you want it to be clean or do you want bacteria growing everywhere?
you guys have obviously never worked in architectural industry.. go down to your city library and look at the SS handrails there.. they are most likely seamless with #4 or #6 finish...
As long as the surfaces are all level and the weld penetrates correctly through the material you're only levelling the surface weld off, the finish is aesthetic.

This stress relieves the joint and inhibits corrosion at the joint. Definitely worth the investment. (in my opinion, I can always be wrong.)

Болгаркой убираем стыки так что не найдёшь
These are so satisfying to watch
Agreed
I was thinking about it....than see your comment, really agree!
Si wey, opino lo mismo
Your products are very beautiful
In my country, there are no devices like yours
Always wondered how the corner bends could be so smooth

This would have been great back when i was building hand rail!
Hello. Can you elaborate which grit you have used in these step wise grinding process?
Stainless steel healing abilities is incredible 😲
Excellent design, Thank you for sharing it.
experienced man with right machines
Unbelievable transformation on the pipe, but do you really need to grab that belt so slowly?
Thanks for sharing. I'll build a couple of them.
I need this machine. I don't even own a welder but I know I need this machine!
That makes the weld not as strong but looks awesome 😂
Güzel .zinparanin genel videosu göstermeniz iyi olurdu.birde zinpara numaralarını yazsaniz
Does this weaken the welds?

@@kevanmillar6439 Thanks! Would you advise this on a BMX frame (post weld tempered 4130)?
No I wouldn’t
Grinding: Greatest Hits

everytime when u grind welding joint you make it weaker. but for this kind of job you dont need strong joint to hold that pipes together.
It's ALL about the application - where structural strength is paramount aesthetics are secondary, and vice versa...
How do you get it that smooth on the inside?
I watched the video, Chuckles... Now, how do you get it that smooth on the inside of the pipe?
Thanks for the idea!
nice machine and nice job!
めっちゃキレイになるやん欲しい。溶接のビードカットが楽にキレイに出来る
Wow ... very very nice!
Where do I get that white steel? here is only yellowish
What’s the belt grit that it’s used on this video
Very nice work
Genius! Would be awesome for some beautiful Intercooler, Intake, Exhaust piping
What is the number of those belts in sequence. I want to order. thanks.
Soy de Perú a dónde puedo comprar las herramientas?
THOSE WHO CAN, WELD. THOSE WHO CAN'T, GRIND
Love you man. I like it
There may be someone out there that's likes the music, but I doubt it.
Incredible!!

Nice vidiis👍
So nice project

Nice work
เครื่องมือทีนำมาขัดทำเองหรือว่ามีขายครัฟ น่าสนใจมาก
А зачем? Ведь изнутри она осталась со швом, а это куда важнее чем эстетика.
Theres a milliion things going threw my head that I can use this on
keep the power tools out of your pants Jim....
( ͡• ͜ʖ ͡• )
Where this machin in Egypt
great job...thank share video
Косная шлифовалка с музыкой.А моя воет как болгарка)))
there's an old saying "if you grind your weld to make it look good, it makes you a grinder not a welder"
some work applications require the welds to be ground down, if they look good or not, structural welds need to be visible
Bullshit!
That old saying was first said by someone with no style or the ability to make sure every detail has been taken care of to the highest of standards.
There is another saying. You never been in a food processing plant 🤣
@@thisdj83 exactly ^
Can you tell me that machine name? I have to buy
This is usefull, and nice
Beautiful
I'm impressed! Maybe I'm easily impressed lol
I mean, why do you need a hose thAt shiny though??

Wonderful
Too bad you don't sell this shit on your website. Requiring people to fill out a fucking request form to get a price is ridiculous.
Awesome
I where buy?
Nice
यह कौन सा ग्रेंडर कहां मिलेगा
Half work, he forgot grinding the weld below the pipe
awesome
too much material removed - joints are weaken. Just use bending machine, clean and fast job.
Artist
That tool would only fit in a perfect world. Typically the grab rail is only 1.5" away from the wall. That big ol monster would never fit. LOL!
polish it before installation. simple.
Preço para mandar uma parao Brasil obrigada
This pleases my OCD....
Even if they were beveled before the weld, you're losing a substantial amount of structural integrity with this practice.
The reduction in wall thickness is negligible. Elephants don't use hand rails.
Depends on its use.
As long as the surfaces are all level and the weld penetrates correctly through the material you're only levelling the surface weld off, the finish is aesthetic.
Genial.
wow. This is fuckin awesome
