Standing up on the 10th second is tko. He was done. Already dazed. As soon as the ref would have stepped back Ryan would have came in with the heavy blows and would have ended the fight worse for Duarte.

Good stoppage, this guy was seriously hurt and didn’t have all his faculties, the warrior lives to fight another day. It was a good entertaining fight, salute to both fighters.
He shouldn’t have continued but Ryan turned his back and head a lot. It made it real difficult for Duarte to fight because the ref is saying don’t punch Ryan in all the only places Ryan exposed. That shit was weird and Ryan did a lot of running too but I guess you can call it shuffling his feet. Either way congrats to Ryan on the win. I think he has a lot of work to do but it seems he tried a few different things tonight.

it was definitely not a refereeing error. He gave him enough time to come to terms with it. It was actually about 12 seconds. He didn't use it and got up after 9.6 or so. Of course it's over then. But to then make it out as if he wasn't to blame for the defeat is very bad loser behavior.
