    This really works! Been doing these exercises the past 2 weeks every day after finishing my main workout. Not only has my flexibility improved tremendously, but intimacy with my husband is so much more intense. I have a grade 2 prolapse after having 2 babies 12 months apart and the difference I feel is awesome!

      Hi one mom to another what is a grade 2 prolapse ?

    • @tryphenarose384
      @tryphenarose384 Год назад +20

      @@jf3016 A prolapse is when your pelvic floor muscles become weak and your organs begin to sag down into your vagina. For me, it is my bladder, but could be uterus or rectum as well. Sounds scary, but have been going to physical therapy with a lot of success so far. I believe I had weak muscles before having babies, so giving birth with weak muscles made things worse.

      Wanted to comment here again. Surprised by how many likes this has gotten! This is my go-to relaxation video, when I feel a lot of pressure after a workout or after a long day. Thank you so much Dr. Bri for all of your videos. I'm so much stronger now and am able to do a lot of exercises that I couldn't do 6 months ago. But every time I feel that uncomfortable pressure, this works like a charm every time. It's like magic! Thank you so so much. Your resources are invaluable to people like me. It's nice to feel normal, and like this prolapse doesn't have to stop me. ❤

      Tightness in the legs and groin during happy baby pose can be a sign of pelvic floor tension, but it doesn't necessarily indicate weakness; the best way to assess your pelvic floor function is through a comprehensive evaluation with a pelvic health physical therapist. ~Vibrant Support

      It should be ok as long as you are comfortable. Make sure to listen to your body and stop or modify the exercises as needed. ~ Leila from Vibrant Support

    I am not very flexible and cannot do child's pose with my neck down on the floor. Is it ok to perform that stretch with neck lifted off the mat?

    • @vibrantpelvichealth
      @vibrantpelvichealth  Год назад

      Yes, you can modify Child's Pose if you find it uncomfortable to place your neck on the floor. Instead of lowering your forehead to the mat, you can keep your neck lifted slightly while maintaining a relaxed and gentle stretch through your lower back and hips. This modification should help you perform the pose in a way that feels comfortable for your body. Remember, yoga poses can often be adapted to suit your individual needs and comfort levels. ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
