Hi Sam & Jay!! 👋 Love your videos! I'm a native NYC resident and grew up on Sabrett hotdogs 🌭! We used to call them "foot longs" because they were a good 10 - 12 inches. I know Nathan's is a Brooklyn thing as Coney Island is home to the hotdog eating contest on July 4th. This is going to sound "weird," but I have NEVER had a corn dog. I'm a Sauerkraut or onions type. Glad you enjoyed your corn dog outing!! Look forward to the next one! ❤
Not weird at all! I didn't have one until we went to Disneyland. They are definitely interesting but something I think worth trying at least once. We're working on an extra video that will hopefully come out tonight :) See you soon!
The thundering sundae is like the Boardwalk’s version of Beaches and Cream’s no way Jose sundae. Very cool! Will definitely be trying that out. Thanks for taking us along! 💛
Hi Sam and Jay! You are never too late to the game! We were looking forward to watching this video 🌭 We truly trust your food reviews 👍🏻 We love seeing Frank at the end of the videos 🐶
Hello! We really appreciate that compliment and thank you so much for trusting us. We know everyone enjoys different flavors and try to be as detailed as we can to help. We'll definitely be adding more Frank 🐕 ❤.
Ah! We honestly didn't know that was a thing. Definitely sounds like a regional comfort food. My Mom used to give me tomato and mayo sandwiches as a kid. Although Idk if that's a Long Island thing or if she made it up herself 😆. That's definitely the corn dog for you!
I'm a disneyland local, and I have never tried Blue Ribbon, simply because Little Red Wagon is soooooo good when you want one lol. Loved seeing the engagement pic!
Thank you! We try our best to be thorough and we really appreciate you noticing 🙂. I think I'm in the same camp with you on the Korean Corn Dog. Although the Pickle Dog was pretty sold dipped in the Siracha Mayo.
Hello TPF's! So happy to see your video pop up. Do they have a veggie or turkey option? I love the veggie dog option at Casey's Corner. $5/7 lemonade 😳 that's crazy, even for WDW. Thanks for the magic (yay! FRANK ❤)
They sadly don’t have any turkey or veggie options. The pricing is crazy but they are run by a 3rd party and lord only knows how much their rent on the Boardwalk is 🤣 Thanks for always being there to support us ❤️ See ya tomorrow for Food & Wine!!!
I remember having the pickle corn dog at Disneyland when it first came out and it was $13 two years ago. I remember liking it but also thinking it was way too juicy. The innuendos has us chuckling over here. 😅 I'm so glad they used cojita cheese on that corn dog. A lot of people use parmesan cheese and that's def not the cheese to use on a Mexican inspired street corn dog. I also didn't know they used a jalapeño sausage! Good to know. I would try those corn dogs if we were in the area but wouldn't leave Epcot. And that sundae looks so good! Reminds me of the No Way José from Beaches and Cream.
I don't even want to know what the price will be in another two years!!! Can't help but feel awkward around so many corn dogs lol The cheese was really good and helped with the price level for me. Ice cream was delicious but we were disgustingly full after this video. Thanks for watching guys :)
HI there TPF's !! Although we will be staying at The Boardwalk I don't think we will give the Blue Ribbon a try. It's kinda expensive, we are not fans of "tart" lemonade and cotton candy is not on our top ten, LOL. BUT, thank you so much for giving Blue Ribbon a well deserved review, we really enjoyed watching and seeing Sam's expressions ........ Also made us chuckle when Jay said that the "Cake Place" (?) is a permanent construction site. Hello to Frank and have a Super Duper weekend.
It's definitely not a spot for everyone and we totally understand your sentiment. Hahah I cannot hide my feelings to save my life. Frank says hello to you and Charlie!!! Thanks for watching, have a great weekend :)
This review was so much fun! Definitely made my day! 😂 I like my lemonade extra sweet, so glad I know that it is sour. I live in Michigan, and our county fair is known for their corn dogs. They are the same size as the Mexican Street Corn Dog, and they are 2.00!!!!! Yes, 2.00!! They are hand dipped, too! They also sell a mozzarella dog and a vegetarian dog for 4.00!! It is a local establishment though, not a typical vendor.
I'd love to try that Mozzarella Dog. $2 dollars sounds like a bargain. Years back we went to the Wayne County Fare in Pennsylvania with Sam's Dad. They had corn dogs, fried oreos and all the fair comfort foods. It was such a core memory. So happy you enjoyed our review 🙂. We knew we were a bit late to this and hoped we'd be able to provide a slightly different take. Thank you for watching and supporting us.
I'm fixed my membership. 😮 I love your take on this place 100 people can cover one place but yours is the I rely on hers in nj I get korean corn dogs my fav they run about 11 to 16 ❤
No worries! We appreciate your support in all ways Alessandra. I guess the price in hindsight is actually reasonable. Thinking I should change the title now 😆. We really appreciate your trust in us 🙂.
@@ThemeParkFoodies where is the place you guys referenced in the video about little red wagon? We are always up for adventures when we drive down to Florida
Sam I really appreciate you don’t like spicy food. I don’t either and it lets me know if I should try it or not. I am one of those who think cilantro tastes like soap. I would love it you guys would add if we can get things without cilantro.
Did you see TimTracker's video on this? I'm just starting your video so very curious to see what y'all think compared to him. Since he loved it with the peanut butter....seems so crazy, but who knows. LOL I'm looking forward to trying it when we come down next.
We have seen Tim's video! I believe he enjoyed it and I can honestly see why. The peanut butter they use is more savory than sweet and the fats in the peanut butter offset the vinegar in the pickle. Subsequently, the pickle brings more texture to the corn dog than anything and it becomes a more savory combo. I can see why people like it and it does strangely work. However, it's not my thing and I probably won't get it again. Let us know your take when you're here! Hope you have the best time 🙂
In hindsight I guess it wasn't bad. We don't eat enough corn dogs to realize. The peanut butter wasn't as off putting as I expected. They definitely use a less sweet peanut butter and the fats offset some of the vinegar. However, I did have it with the spicy mayo off camera and actually preferred that.
You guys are awesome! TThank you for the early access it makes my day you know! Many blessings to you both today enjoy your weekend! Corn dogs! Fun! The Sundae looks amazing!! Yummy!
You're awesome! Your support means a lot to us and thank you for helping us do what we enjoy doing. Blessings right back at you. The food was delicious 😋!
Definitely a fan of more breading. I like that they went with a less sweet peanut butter to help the savoriness. Very disappointing that it's just Lay's potato chips. Either way, I can't get over those prices! Upstate NY and MD $5-6. However, that ice cream - that's my jam. "Oh that did not sound right." lol Yeah, reviewing hot dogs is tough lol
The chips were disappointing, I feel like it would be easy to throw some chips in the fryer, the Lays cheapens it. The ice cream was so good, I can’t believe we haven’t stopped in there before. I was going to cut certain comments out of the video but I left them in for authenticity ✨ Thanks so much for watching 😊
@@ThemeParkFoodies i saw today in epcot at the italy booth the small bowl of nacho chips for $9.25. So crazyy. We must be nearing the point where people say enough to their food prices
I had a Mickey's Kitchen Sink Sundae at DCA last year. Which was fabulous. Hot Fudge & Strawberry sauces on top of vanilla ice cream with six 🍒 cherries! Except, unfortunately, I didn't know there was a plastic liner inside and was trying to clean it out with napkins. A very nice CM stopped me and just popped out the liner. What a mess! I hope no one else saw me! I still have the sink in my kitchen. I like eating popcorn out of it.
We always love keeping those souvenirs. Even just to looking at them on the shelf bring up happy memories. Cast members are the best. I kind of want ice cream now after reading this 😆.

Dill Pickles and peanut butter sandwiches are amazing. From central PA here and grew up with my dad eating that combo

Little Red Wagon is the superior dog for sure! We took the most awkward engagement photos ever but such a special memory. Thanks for watching :)
Love these two amazing humans!
Awww love you Jena, hope the school year is starting off a good note :)
Love how thorough your food reviews always are! Was curious about the pickle dog, I don't think it is for me. Dragon dog looks great

I'm looking forward to trying a pickle dog this fall. Great vlog! ❤

The Corn Dog for my pants! 😂
😂😂😂😂
Those BWI Club rooms commented upon have great views of the BW area. Usually need to go to the Club Lounge balcony to watch fireworks.
Thanks for the tip!

I want one of the golden dragons 🔥
Best one!!!!
Are these snacks? And are the lemonades considered snacks? Or would it be a meal credit?
I don't believe Blue Ribbon participates in Disney Dining Plan

I’m glad it’s helpful! We will keep that in mind about the cilantro. I will say there are usually pretty accommodating. Thanks for watching!
You and Katie both said the pregnancy craving thing at the same time!
😆 😆 great minds! Our Strong Water Tavern video will be out Monday btw. It was so good! Thank you for the recommendation!

love pickles but not sure of the peanut butter combo It's $16 at a resort/theme park so yes not a bad price.

state fair goes between 12 and 14ish a hot dog and is crazy But it is a theme park and i don't have to cook it so id guess id try 1
Ah, so I guess in hindsight this wasn't that bad. We liked the Golden Dragon style dog. Certainly worth a try!

Idc if it’s good the pricing is insane. To be fair Ive never tried one before they don’t exist in the uk
Totally understand that sentiment.

we were one of those ppl 😂 but only bc of the video
How are the corn dogs?😊😊😊
They were fun! The Golden Dragon was our favorite though 🙂.
I was so excited for this but sadly I didn’t enjoy it. The corn batter was gritty, the frank had Zero flavor and the grease puddled up in the boat.
Oh man sorry to hear that 😭
