Along with the tank lifts, I also got handle bars and sissy bar from Dean Speed, they do absolutely great work, I have a 2020 Softail Standard, and i put a Saddlemen Solo Knuckle seat with pillion , totally changed the look of my bike, especially with VH big shots
thats badass! totally happy with my tank lift, it looks so much better than stovk in my opinion. I still wish Harley wouldve done a 5gal tank on the softails though. thanks for checkin' out my video!
@@TWO-TIRED thanks, i like the look of the 3.5 gallon, but I agree, the 5 gallon capacity would have been better, just wondering what it would look like. I've seen a Slim tank on a Street Bob and it looks good. I seen on another video saying also that with a tank lift, we are allowing more air flow to the engine, giving 5 to 10 percent cooling of the engine, which is good. Ride safe brother
Awe Bro that's the seat I need , stock seat no bueno, goin 80 plus I'm hanging on ,but it's fun, Great info your bike looks excellent, I appreciate your strait talk & honesty, thanks man & stay frosty on the road .
Hey couple of questions on the tank lift…. I noticed your mini-apes are set a little forward. Was there a problem with the handlebars hitting the tank after the 2”inch lift was installed❔ Also, can you still get the same amount of gas in the tank after you lifted it 🤔❔ Thanks Man - Real Cool Video ✅ I like your bike 👌🏻…..nice …..
Hey Thanks for watching! The bars were never in the way of the tank, thats how they came from the dealer, I never moved them. Same amount of gas but i could be wrong but it seems like my gas gauge reads just a tiny bit lower than normal. Sometimes it will say im out of gas but then when i fill up it only takes 2.5 gallons. But the mileage range is always accurate. Hope this helps
@@TWO-TIRED Thank’s for getting back - Yeah, I’m going to do it…. Thanks for the Tip on the Lift Brackets from Dean Speed also , they are the nicest ones I’ve seen ✅. You did alot of peeps a real solid with this video - it’s a good one… Thanks again for getting back . Stay Cool 🤘🏻🤘🏻❗️❕❗️❕❗️
Looks awesome. I just got a 22 and was thinking of doing the lift, were the hoses for the tank fine? I've seen some lift kits come with longer breather hoses.
I love it man, personally I think the 3” lift makes the frame look a little too ugly and exposed. I’m running t-bars and a fairing now and the tank’s lines are perfect in my opinion. I think the 3” is more of a bobber/ape hangers kind of vibe.
I got the same seat for my low rider s an the security kit an the dam bolt is to big for the nut under the fender stock bolt is 1/4x20xone inch they gave me a bolt way to big
its slightly taller and puts you a little closer to the bars, it feels way taller at first and then the seat loosens up and personally its perfect for me. if you check out my handlebar video, theres some riding shots so you can see how it looks with me on it. im 5' 11" btw
Bike is looking good!
Thank you guys! The seat rules!
@@TWO-TIRED Appreciate that-welcome to the family!

Bike looks good brother. I enjoyed the video. You sound so humble not acting like a know it all.

Nice , it really gives the bike an even more pleasing look.

Thx man. Def doing these two mods
Easy install and makes the bike look way cooler! Thanks for checking out my channel!
@@TWO-TIRED thx for having this channel!! 😉 dropping good info
Hello, has the rear wing suffered after prolonged use of saddlemen seat?
yes, after having the seat on long term, you will see scratches on the rear fender from the rivets rubbing.
Did your fuel capacity change? I’m doing the 3in on a 21 street bob and am curious if the fuel gauge is thrown off
I do feel like at first it felt like it was reading slightly emptier than before but the milage is always spot on.
Looks awesome. I just got a 22 and was thinking of doing the lift, were the hoses for the tank fine? I've seen some lift kits come with longer breather hoses.
I only did the 2" lift so no issues at all!
Nice seat and tank lift. Where is the sandwich holder though? I’m waiting for that video.
hahaha thanks man
How do you like the tank lift height? I’m not sure if I want 2 inch or 3 inch lift

Same thing happened to me when I bought the security bolt, i just ended up cutting the bolt shorter
Dude, do you live in Centerville?
I do 😂 I thought I'd have more than 200 subscribers before someone figured that out, good eye haha
Will these work for a 22 low rider s ? Tank lift
I would assume so but I'd check dean speeds website to be sure!
Bad ass music man!
Thanks, its just some of the royalty free music youtube provides!
I have the same exact bike, is there a difference in seat height now?
