You know what’s weird I remember old heads saying this when I was young. Sometimes some people really don’t get it until they go thru it.
In my opinion that's the only way is to learn on yo own through experience
Everyone is on different timing. Some ppl get it at 21 , some at 51.
@@Whyareyoulying100thank you!! I got definitely got it at 21. Then again, I hung with all the old heads. That fed me game 24/7.
I was 19yrs old. I was taught something I never knew by an old head. I walked into his cell. We talked for a little before he told me I have a critical thinking issue.
Taught me critical thinking. Weighing options. Prison was a great experience coming from where I came from. It was a beautiful time of my life. Even though I lost my dad in there. My only parent. Coming home sucked without him. Another great role model that couldn’t be there enough because he had to work.
Only if there was a better system.
Spot on 🎯
Just walked off 9yrs been home 34 days. The men in this video are speaking the truth. Hope they all get a chance to come home.
Man I can relate I remember walking off 9 yrs I thought it never would end. I been home 10yrs now Jan 21
Welcome home and may the great Lord bless you and thy family in Christ name Jesus holy
Welcome home!
Stay free cuhz
Congratulations man I’ve been out for a total of 25 years. I haven’t looked back since! You can do it you have to morph into something you haven’t seen yet and yes, you’re 100% authentic self
Prison shouldn’t have be our college I see this as real knowledge 💯
Sad these brothers had to go to prison to learn these jewels. Hopefully, they get a second chance 🙏🏾.
Yeah but the saddest thing is when people get released most of them can't handle freedom. Most of these stories are from men trapped in a prison, once released they back to there normal self.
@Diamond-Essence True. Prison isn't meant for rehabilitation and is a revolving door for many. It's hard enough out here for folks without a record.
Parents and teachers try to tell them champ
@@Diamond-Essenceif they are in there for at least 5 years, depending on what they went in for, they are more than likely not to go back. The ones that have done 10+ years, they are more than likely not to go back. (Again, depending on what they went in there for).
@@living1980I feel you but they brains hadn’t developed yet they were younger but respect to you
I really appreciate the authenticity these brothers put out there for the youth coming up especially in this wicked generation we are in much love 💯❤

Each O n e Teach O n e🙏🏽
Its a blessing that they changed their way of thinking and realized how much of a waist of time it is … but at the end of the day , they have to get out and keep that mind set going and pass it on to the younger generation because a lot of people are just going to thinks it’s “Jail talk” ..
Man round in da back got a big ahh lumty LA on his forehead Pause I guess dat was a Welcome to the LA Car on da main line huh 😂😂
JUST REMEMBER , How ever people make prison/jail sound, everybody have different experiences. There are lot of different people with different personalities, different perspectives on life ect. You don’t know what f’d up position you might be put in. DONT BE TRICKED.
Thats my boy lil Stevie, keep ya head up stay sucka free and you"ll be home shortly

@ ok thanks
I hope they all make it out🙏
What? Ur smokin crack😮
Most of them will eventually get out. Especially since this is in California. They’re going to make them do at least 20 years.
@LARAC510 damn
Bro said "to piggy back off what he said" like we in a meeting at work
So you clowning the dude because he knows how to use a common phrase?
Tf is funny about that? What the hell else should he had said? I swear y’all jus be abusing the right comment jus to say anything

@@Big3-HK sorry man didn’t mean to hurt you like that, my apologies brother really sorry this upset you

Damn I wish he wouldn’t have said wrongfully convicted and than proceed to state he used to fight and shoot at people.. it’s always room for change may these people come home safely to their families if given and opportunity
But he really is innocent of the case he in there for and thats a fact… south West division just wanted him bad…smh…but when lapd wanna put you in jail, they’ll find a way🤷🏿♂️
“I been 30 for a long time.”
Prison a lil different from when I was there but the positivity is great fr
Great to see the evolution
Teach yall kids now while they’re young and get yall homes straight so they don’t have to get locked up to figure out it was all BS
Couldn’t agree more
On behalf of these fine ghetto gentleman i will be smoking some Buffalo Wings with a side of ranch tonight in their honor. Always remember never forget the talent we lost to the streets 🫡
Well it’s good for them to be together but I don’t think they have a choice in prison lol because of the race and gang politics in there
Kids don’t be like this it’s not cool and u will be forgot about
It takes going to jail to change becuz on the streets we grew up blind
4:06 in California prison y’all become “friends” because the Shotcallers will stab y’all or have y’all stabbed for screwing up their program.
Why you say that? You don’t even know the dude. And not even living that life.
There should be a system created to walk back your time when a prisoner gets life. If a prisoner get his masters he should automatically be considered for parole. You cant fake getting a masters. If the entire purpose it be rehabilitated for society. Then there has to be some time be some type of guidelines to reach and give them a honest chance to redeem themselves. I see it like this, imagine me were turning these men in to engineer, scientist, etc. All they have is time. Imagine the net benefit of society if we created a system like this. I understand some people cant be rehabilitated, but i don't believe that to be the majority.
In California lifers are required to take certain classes, and therapy sessions. That’s supposed to considered when they go up for parole. If they can go up for parole.
@@LARAC510 That sounds so ambiguous to me. There should be more clear defined guidlines. There should be a clear checklist which if you meet the criteria you begin your descent to society.
Thanks for sharing! Great perspective
Organize ! Prioritize! Leave that gang mentality behind and stay off them prison drugs use this time to reframe your life and priorities!!! See way to many extend their stays stay out the way and ATTEND ALL GROUPS YOU CAN
Thanks for sharing!
Y’all don’t give no details about where they are from, what’s their names. Give them an identity since they are locked behind the wall.
Sometimes it's not wanted, but it can also be dangerous if too much information is given We must be mindful above all because they're actively serving their time.
It’s unfortunate that all these young Black men are in this penitentiary system. But, a lot of them need that structure. I’m talking about in California prisons.
Thanks for sharing!

I love my black men stop killing stabbing and beefing with each other it's not the prison that's bad it's the people in the prison certain individuals make prison a deadly place jungle I'm glad too see my black men getting along
