There is using the mech to kill the strider. And there is USING the mech to kill the strider.
I think it’s the Pelican shooting it but yea ur calling in a mech to destroy a strider 😁
@Rashed1255 most likely yeah. Collisions can kill in this game so it could be either or both the mech and pelican destroying it.

This game has made more hardened games hoot with laughter than any other I’ve seen.
The factory strider has a few medium penetration weak points. The main weak point that I usually go for is the little sliver on the head between the "eyes" of the strider. This can allow you to melt through it fairly easily with multiple different weapons, my favorite being the autocannon, but the laser cannon can also finish it very quickly.
New anti-factory strider meta? Drop a patriot on it for instakill!?
From my experience it seems possible that all dropships could just be an instakill when they are moving.
I once got an extract dropship that wouldn't quite land (stayed hovering) and trying to jump into or onto it from any direction (with jetpack) would instantly kill you.
Didn't extract on that mission :(

Question: Am I mistaken, or did a direct hit with the Minefields do more damage than simply hitting the strider with a drop pod? If the strider's hitbox/collision/whatever is instantly breaking all the turrets etc. perhaps it counts as hitting the entire minefield at once, doing massive damage

I would love it if AH made some bullshit lore explanation for why there's an exception for these goofballs. Something along the lines of the science team using vr controled androids or something, or brain in a jar bullshit.

We actually did this already in Mythbusters Vol 3 a few weeks ago. It was awesome!
Don't even need a jetpack if you can get on a tall enough rock next to it.

I think pelican-2 is shooting the dog from the inside, thats why it does insta-kill it
The turret thing is kinda disappointing. Guess they learned their lesson with the tanks! I was kinda hoping we could just set up shop on top, laying down to stay safe while our turrets farmed kills lmao

The cannon on the Pelican can basically insta kill everything so I think that’s what’s killing the Strider and not the collision with the mech.

Hello, I know it's a strange question but can someone please help me out? I want to buy vanguard on ps5, but back in 2023 a lot of cods are get hacked and people's are able to get your ip and remotely controll your pc. I'm very paranoid and I spent a lot of time to found out if there is any danger in case of vanguard but I found nothing. Someone knows that the RCE/RAT is still, ever been a problem?
