@@sodakdave9602 It's just a hiatus I think, her kowtow issue in not a big deal anyway. She has been doing vlives tho for everglow. We'll see if Yiren will be with them later when everglow has this europe schedule soon...

I love all Everglow's mv's, but this takes the crown for me. I was blown away the first time, and now that I've watched it for the hundredth time I still get blown away. The energy is so high from start to finish, and the transitions, the effects, the badass choreo, it's all top tier. In some ways it reminds me of Stray Kids - God's Menu.
Like in every Everglow video I wish for more screentime/lines for EU, but I'll take it.
In this video I always notice that Onda is crouching so much. That's probably not easy.
An Everglow + DC collab? 🤤 They are quite friendly with each other and have been on Weekly Idol together.

Ladida introduced me to everglow, and First made me their fan. They are so cool and talented! I love their songs! First MV is really pretty, I love all the effects like "magic tricks" and the thunder. So cool. The song itself helped me to build confidence during my exams, it encouraged me to do my best and keep going.
Speaking of EVERGLOW and Dreamcatcher collab. There is none, BUT there is a IDOL ROOM episode with both groups 😁 Although I do want to tell ya that the MCs are quite rude sometimes.

@@gardevoirgroom6393 It was taken down from RUclips but I believe if you search it on safari there’s a link to a Facebook post with the entire episode with English captions. That’s how I watched it after it was taken down. (Random side note but it’s funny because the first time I was watching it for Everglow since I didn’t know Dreamcatcher and the second time I was watching it after Dreamcatcher became my ult. It was quite a different experience depending on your perspective 😆)

I doubt they will collab. I think I don't saw any interactions between group members except that one show few years ago. As for now I have more hopes for DC x Loona but this will never happen too because kpop not really into group collabs.
DC x Pixy is the one that would end both fandoms by heart attack instantly
@@birdwatcheryebo That's 100% true, but I think groups doesn't know each other in person at all. When DC x Everglow at least meet each other on one show and had small interactions, DC and Pixy never meet yet probably

@@birdwatcheryebo But I still think that there is higher chance to have a collab between friends(maybe even solo as Sua and Seungyeon did with tadow cover) rather than full groups. And even less chances to collab when groups barely know each other

This is one of my all time favorite girl group releases (mv and song are just 👌). Easily my favorite release from 2021. I knew that the lyrics were vaguely about overcoming the darkness and being number 1 but I had never looked that far into them. The line “The war without gunfire is holding my breath” speaks volumes. I didn’t realize it was about mental health because with such a powerful and almost superhero-like concept, you think they’re talking about fighting against people who disagree with you or haters or competitors but that’s just it… They’re personifying the inner demons that people face to express that mental health is like a war within your mind. (Also the line “please don’t be fooled by the lies that there is no light anywhere in this world” is possibly one of the best lyrics in kpop). I really really love and appreciate that Kpop groups are using their songs to talk about issues like this. Especially with them being based in a country that has such high su*cide rates. It’s so important to talk about and I love this song impossibly more for addressing that issue. Great reaction! Glad I watched, it was insightful.

EU is one if the most underrated rappers in kpop in my opinion. She always gets overlooked, gets the least amount of time in songs, to me EU is one of the best rappers I think and she deserves the world.

Yes! I love the sheer energy of "First" so much! I have to recommend "La Di Da" next from them. It's my personal favorite title track of theirs and has the most addictive 80s-style synth groove.
they 're also to me a female version of ATEEZ very mysterious and agressive (in a good way ) they got a lot of energy .
You have to check out “LaDiDa” and “Pirate” if you haven’t already, I love the songs and the mv for it!

Reading sub titles is the easiest way to miss out on the videos full vision. I prefer when people read lyrics after. That way they don't miss out on the best parts. I've seen it happen way to many times.
It's hard to see in the MV but there are a few times in the choreography where one of the members controls the others movements. It happens at the beginning after some of the dancers disappear in smoke and during the part where they are standing on what I think is supposed to be a greenhouse and they are wearing the white outfits. I think it's actually Mia both times. She has the blue hair in this one.
