This is not for me. Even if I do only 25m underwater I NEED my breathe up to be totally static. Swimming at the surface takes way too much energy and I'm out of breath when have to go under...even if I would swim 75m on the surface. It's too demanding and I can not stand contractions. 😱😱😱😱
In your case I would reccomend to focus on a relaxation during the 25 meters dive. Make sure you are not tensing up, not increasing the speed at the end of the distance.
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING Well, uhmmmm..... I don't think you understand. I'm totally OUT of breath and totally exhausted BEFORE doing the underwater lap. When trying the underwater lap, contractions start after 5 seconds or so. Hard and very frequent (like every second....). And you want me to swim relaxed? I always come up long before I'm even halfway. I can't stand contractions and I have them from the first lap underwater.
@@patrikkosatka4709 I can. Kind of. Still, if my breathe up has to be done while swimming, I feel out of breath to start the underwater lap. And contractions are there after 5-10m.

Great video as always, thanks for it!
Thank you!
awesome, thanks for sharing!
Thank you!
What distance would you recommend for a beginner without fins? (They are also banned in our public pool)
I would recommend forgetting about the distance and focusing on the technique first :)
I don’t know if you have made this video already, but it would be cool to see a video on how to make pool training more fun.
Great idea!
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING👍
Which Cressi fins are these at 4:00 ?
In this video we used Cressi Gara Modular fins
I just dont take off my neckweight on the surface part.
Oh! Are you swimming with it on the surface as well?
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING Yes, I use front crawl swiming with neckweight on. No problemo ;-)
How havy is your neck weight?
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING 1,73kg and i swim without neopren only in standard swimshorts. I´m neutral til cca 2,5 -3m underwater.
