Have you use a fast charger? You should use a ordinary charger after empty the battery

I think I only used my computers USB outputs and chargers with a max of 1Ah

This is happening to me now
Bought these in October 2022 and now it does the same thing as this clip where says it charges in 5mins

Reach out to them and let them know to get a replacement, warranty is 1 year and 6 months
