Thank you for taking care of us Henry. This was great!
Cant be more explicative than that. Well done sir. Great content!
Wow! Thank you for making this easy! You did a great job of making it clear. Appreciate it.
You talked about diastolic steal in newborn when there is a PFO. You did certainly mean a PDA, not a PFO. Great talks as always !
Thanks.
Now I will start to apply in my practice. It just shows how amazing and advantageous to have an ultradound knowledge and apply it in clinical practice.
Great content. Very informative. Thank you for a well put together presentation!
You are a awesome teacher, thanks for all that value information

Thanks from Brasil! Excellent presentation!
You deserve an Oscar! This is an amazing reference and presentation. Thank you. Ps. I've been taught not to angle correct for MCA, and can't appreciate if you do angle correct for that ACA?
Thank you. That was an excellent presentation 👏

Hey Mr Henry, thank you for your help and the knowledge that you give us.
I have a question if you don't mind. While we scan PCA from Suboccipital window what are the depths of P1 and P2? Thank you? I mean do the depth changes or stay same as temporal window 60-70 mm?
YAY!! Thank you!!!!! more more more! :D
Excellent lecture thanks a lot but if you can give a separate lecture on technique in details and our mistakes it will be grateful
Thank you very much, God bless you
You’re very Welcome
Wow 👏 very well explained
😊
Thank you :)
I would like to know what are the best presets to have on the ultrasound machine? for the best doppler evaluation.
Very informative much obliged.. I can't help but wonder are the mca measurements so high because of no angle correction.. we shouldn't angle correct in tcd? If we do a ratio of Mca non angle correced /to extracranial ica with angle correction would that be accurate
I am having a hard time getting ACA, and TICA, does anyone have any tips and tricks?
Thanks, good job.
You’re welcome
@@SonographicTendencies I didn't expect an Antwort.. I didn't expect you to see my Comment.. if I had know I would have written more than 3 Words. I really meant them though.. wish you all the sucess you seek.. and thanks again.

Your Anatomical picture of 2:33 does not match with 3:03. Please confirm and explain why?
Where does it not match? Main branches are there.
Great!!
Which machine would you recommend for transcranial Doppler? Which vendor
Any machine with cardiac apps and a phased array probe should be fine. We use GE logiq 9
Is there a particular worksheet you use for adults?
Yes each institution has their own version of worksheets
@@SonographicTendencies do you have an example?
Can you make a video that shows where ICA should be dopplered terminally near the MCA and ACA?
I’ve been showed where it was dopplered and the flow be antegrade and I’ve also seen people doppler and it be retrograde. What is the correct way?
@@kaylasipper6300 I just find the bifrucation of the MCA ACA and angle down you’ll see a lone circle that’s the ICA
@@SonographicTendencies will ICA be blue or red?
@@kaylasipper6300 red
Can transcranial doppler detect brain aneurysms?
