I am a 67 year old power lifter. I have been exercising since I was 15 years old and I still exercise four times a week. I only eat fresh food and fruits and vegetables and nuts I don't drink canned factory protein and I eat healthy fat. For my age I eat food rich in collagen which is important for me. I don't use steroids, I have a muscular body for my age, but I'm not big like a bodybuilder. I am healthy, I do not have high blood pressure or high cholesterol, I also have healthy kidneys and liver and a healthy heart. I eat healthy all day long, but I don't eat that many times a day because that is dangerous for kidney function. Eating a lot of food per day the kidneys and liver have no rest and work overtime. At the age of 67 I have to eat in moderation for healthy kidney function because kidney problems is a major problem.
This video makes me feel hungry EVERY FKN TIME!

While there's some to few truth in this video alot of people are gonna take it to literally or far(young people) and will be mislead or over do it. Be balanced and moderation...clean or dirty bulk the body/heart has to work harder to move more weight wether its muscle or fat.
