About us,
We are a family from the North-East of England following our dream to restore a beautiful abandoned french Château. We discovered the heart stopping Château De Lalacelle in summer of 2020, this beautiful architectural monument Is set in the countryside of North-West France.
The moment we visited the Château we all fell in love, from the beautiful sweeping landscape and forests, to its stunning untouched interiors and magnificent spiral staircase in the turret.
Unfortunately Château De Lalacelle has been abandoned for a number of decades so will need a lot of restoration and DIY.

As I've been watching some of your videos from a year ago, I've been wondering what's happening with those corners of the estate now. I'd be amazing to have a video tour of the grounds again and revisit the servants entrance, the caravan parking, the original drive and other places on the grounds you put so much work into to see how they're doing a year on :) Looking forward to today's video! :)

Friends of ours in the Lake District of beautiful Ontario Canada had a "touching" tradition. After a special dinner, we would all take a walk down a scenic path & rub/touch a little shoe statue. Our Host told us that it would bring us luck. Well, I am not certain about bringing me luck, but I smiled everytime I did it & everytime I remember it. Start a Lalacelle tradition with something like those Stags. Invite your guests to touch it for luck. Who knows, bet they will both smile & remember.

I believe it is very possible that 1000 years of history was added to our current timeline. That 1 is often also completely missing from old buildings. It is an interesting topic for sure.
@@chateaudelalacelleso my theory is, especially on separate items. You have your item no. which classifies it as,let’s say, a mailbox. The model no. would be what type of mailbox. The carvings on it or lack there of, possible color etc… the letter in front of could be for the color (made added later when they’ve decided, or an order came in), then the decorations upon it the numbers.
It's everywhere in Holland also many buildings with J's or I's. His story (history) is a lie

That could be an 'I' rather than a one. The spacing would then make sense.
Maybe it's a model or pattern with the number and what Ash thinks is a 1 is an I as in " I am model/ pattern 766.
The "1" is in a different script than the 766. Maybe it's a letter, not a number?

Ash, you have to do more on those dates. I have been intrigued by the Tartarian empire and their buildings, but never seen anything set out like those 'years'. Please keep up your investigations and keep us informed. I just love a mystery and you have found one..
Those dates with a J or an I in front of them are all over buildings in old Europe as well. The I stands for Iesus (J for Jesus), meaning 'in the year of our Lord'. So the I 796 means the year 796.
Ash wants to go and study actual documented history, instead of parroting Russian wannabe Aryan conspiracy theory nonsense.

5000Euros. I nearly choked on my lunch. On the other hand, the age, the fact that it's handmade and not factory-made means it's worth shelling out for. I hope you can raise the funds for the trumeau. Incidentally, the wallpper with the man on a horse reminds me of a piece of wall paper that was found in cupboard on another chateau restoration channel. I forget which one. Stunning.

Terry and Ash, that trumeau mirror is beautiful. Somehow I just feel that it will end up at Chateau de Lalacelle some time in the future. The wood is so beautiful I hope that you will restore it with the Gilboys product you use instead of painting it. Sorry you didn't get the wallpapers.
