RARE 1971 2 NEW PENCE COIN

Hi guys! Im back with a cool British coin I found in my collection.
It is apparently a very rare find! It is the 1971 New Pence 2P Coin, first year!
I don't know too much about foreign coins so Im not sure of how true this is but if you know, leave a comment down below!
Regardless it is a very cool lookin coin and its not in the best condition but it is still pretty clear and detailed.
