On Porsches, typically when they have yellow calipers is because they have the carbon ceramic brakes options (PCCB). Neon green means it is a hybrid version, Red calipers means it is an S-model. This of course is from the factory, and have to watch out for those that powdercoat their calipers, but on that GT4 RS it is likely they have the PCCB option.

You can get them all except base models in black as an additional option from factory. The cayenne turbo has white calipers.

A V12 Benz with autobahn-size gas tank and a hankering for 91 octane premium is a worst-case scenario, though.
Gas in that area is always crazy expensive. Go about 40 minutes east and you get the best prices in all of the Basin.
