So happy to see two of the people that helped me when I was in the deep of newly onset vestibular symptoms. Heather's journey and podcast have taught me so much, and this particular interview taught me even more. Johan I've missed you and the show, glad you're back for however long you're able to.
Heather and I were just talking privately about barometric pressure. I felt so bad when she came through my part of the country and experienced heavy symptoms, the ones I feel daily/weekly here in North Texas.

TMJ can also be a root cause to vestibular malfunction… along with dizziness and neck pain headache. It’s worth a look at.

Hi Johan, I heard on VeDA that you Kayak, that’s awesome. Did you use a traditional kayak, sea or did you use a sit on top kayak. I was a very active person before this, I can run again like a drunk. BTW thanks for sharing with the community. 😊
