Hello, I'm a dentist from Bulgaria with barely 2 years of experience, may I ask if you have any tips or ideas on what to do to avoid causing perforations when preparing a wider canal for a fiber post. Often i have difficulties where to me it seems Im aligned with the tooth vertically yet on xray it appears that i deviate mesially or distally. Do you have any advice how could I ensure i am going the right way even when the canal gets deeper and the guttapercha is no longer visible?
