In the episode He Followed Me Home. I find it funny when Roger gets in the shower then, Cruella barges into the bathroom upstairs seeing Roger naked. I could tell she saw the front of him. It really made Roger embarrassed. I am certain that when Cruella saw Roger's naked front she'd seen everything. She definitely had seen Roger's tinkler, his crevices, his pubic area.
After a closer observation I can definitely confirm she saw his front. As in when Cruella barges into the bathroom seeing Roger in the shower she saw his nude front.
