Where Is Huggy Wuggy In Poppy Playtime Chapter 4?

I haven’t caught up on poppy playtime in a while but I’m assuming if huggy comes back it will be later down the line, as like one of the final bosses

I also feel like Huggy will come back. With Chapter 4 being the last stop before the finale. I believe he will show himself on Chapter 4
