Also, I'm totally in love with your videos. for us beginners it would be nice if you slowed down when you actually click on stuff and made more clear what keystrokes you were using. there is a pluggin that shows on screen which buttons you're pressing at any time. keep it up man, you're enabling me to do some really fun video compositions!
10:45 When you drag the camera view from cam1, even without the "look at null point". It looks at the center. But when I drag it seems like the pivot point is different so it "looks at" different locations and pretty uncontrollable. When I add the null it's still the same and additionally I have a "cook dependency loop detected" warning on null. How to have the same controls as in the video?
Maybe what you can do is use a mouseIn chop and then add a math chop for range, then chop export to the value you want to alter. Touchdesigner doesn't have any inbuilt functions for changing values ig
when you toggled the viewport on the merge node it seemed to turn off the viewports on all the nodes. For me when I pressed the toggle (which looks a bit like a target) it only turned off that one viewer. What keystroke did you use to do that?
He had drag-selected a bunch of operators before pressing the Viewer Active toggle so it applied to all of them. Yellow outlines indicate selected nodes.
Im eating un all your tutorials, thank you so much for all the knowledge.
