This ENTIRE tape was played frequently in my house as I grew up by my Mom. And when my Dad passed away, it was almost everyday. I made it a point to buy the CD before I left home so that I could have these songs with me as I went overseas. I love each song, but, "Lord We Thank You", "Having You There", "Higher Ground", and "Near the Cross" are my favorites. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat. . .

I want to share this with all of you, after reading the comments I just realized the beautiful woman singing in this video is the one who uploaded the video if I am not mistaken. I was going through a transition of coming up out of a bad relationship very many years ago, and all I had was my grandma to help me get out of it. My brother next to the eldest sibling use to mail grandma vhs tapes of different artist, and her favorite was The Mississippi Mass Choir. She had all of the tapes except for Emmanuel. So one night she played one of course after watching her many tv evangelist lol shows like TBN, WORD NETWORK. She played this concert and as I began to go back into the world, Grandma played the tape and this song happen to be on and man I just stood there and watched it, and I felt peace, I changed clothes and went to bed. Everytime I wanted to go back to the world Grandma put on that tape and I wouldn't go nowhere. Her prayers were so powerful that I could feel it, I would leave the club, I would tell my date "take me home" And it was because of the Annointing she had with the Most High God and those Gospel songs. She gave me that tape and I played it college, it help keep me. I know I'm typing alot but this is my testimony and I want you to know beautiful lady its because of the Annointing and sincereness and love and passion you had while singing that I got saved and was kept. I love you for it, keep pressing forward.

I want to share this with all of you, after reading the comments I just realized the beautiful woman singing in this video is the one who uploaded the video if I am not mistaken. I was going through a transition of coming up out of a bad relationship very many years ago, and all I had was my grandma to help me get out of it. My brother next to the eldest sibling use to mail grandma vhs tapes of different artist, and her favorite was The Mississippi Mass Choir. She had all of the tapes except for Emmanuel. So one night she played one of course after watching her many tv evangelist lol shows like TBN, WORD NETWORK. She played this concert and as I began to go back into the world, Grandma played the tape and this song happen to be on and man I just stood there and watched it, and I felt peace, I changed clothes and went to bed. Everytime I wanted to go back to the world Grandma put on that tape and I wouldn't go nowhere. Her prayers were so powerful that I could feel it, I would leave the club, I would tell my date "take me home" And it was because of the Annointing she had with the Most High God and those Gospel songs. She gave me that tape and I played it college, it help keep me. I know I'm typing alot but this is my testimony and I want you to know beautiful lady its because of the Annointing and sincereness and love and passion you had while singing that I got saved and was kept. I love you for it, keep pressing forward.
