She doesn't speak mandarin but she practiced so hard to learn the song and based on the comments everyone is shocked with how good her accent sounds, they're praising her pronunciation 😊
I often listen to Chinese songs, so I am somewhat familiar with Mandarin. I am also amazed by how she pulled off this song. 🩵💙💜❤️
She’s incredible. So smart to know that this is the best way to wean the Chinese populations hearts. She says that she listened to the song on 0.5 speed, and really paid attention to all the different sounds that they made, every minor detail that she could pick up to make sure that she got the pronunciation right. She took notes. It all paid off for her.

Haha. Welcome to the world of Faouzia. She's an up and coming singer who is soaring in this competition. You should check out her other performances from this competition. She is fluent in English, Arabic and French and sings in all of those. She also has lots of other videos on her YT channel that you'd enjoy. And she has collabs with John Legend, Kelly Clarkson and more. She's the only artist in this competition who has stayed in the top 3 every week. She writes most of her own songs, won awards for songwriting, has taken computer engineering in University, plays violin, piano and guitar and still just 23. As for switching back and forth....KZ Tandingan did it, so why not! Cheers!

Faouzia is clearly the star of singer 2024. Her mesosoprano vocal range is incredible, the vocal control impeccable, tone, coloratura, etc. I don't understand why she is not at #1. She is only 23 years old and has an incredible future. Thank you for reacting to Faouzia, she deserves all the attention. She is the 👑 of this edition.

The band GEM composed the song in the 2 languages, it’s really very catchy isn’t it. I’d like to hear the original just for interest sake.
Thank you, but unfortunately, my second reaction video had been manually reviewed and blocked on the request of Hunan TV due to copyright issues, and the only option to have it recovered was to mute the copyrighted parts. I guess I should turn down the volume and add an extra music background the next time I make a reaction video to any videos from Singer 2024.
Faouzia is one of the best artist of her generation. Her vocal skills and versatility are beyond. You should check out her other 7 performances on the so far. My favourites include Desert Rose (Arabic Lyrics), Cry me a River and Love on the brain.
